Someone needs to seriously redesign the access. Can't even get to a parking space to go in because of the drive-thru. When I can which is rare the service is quick and friendly. Love dunkin but to much trouble to deal with in the morning rush.

We stopped here for a quick snack and to use the bathroom. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I had a chocolate donut that was mouth watering. The place was clean, and well kept, including the bathrooms. Service was very friendly and prompt. Excellent donut experience.

Don't waste your time. Nobody in the place and we waited over 10 minutes while the girl behind the counter swept behind the registers. Meanwhile the lobby is dirty and all of the tables have trash on them. Bathrooms smelled disgusting and had hair and pee all over the floors. Wound up getting out money back because they were "cleaning the espresso machines " and couldn't make a fresh cup only the stale pitcher on the counter.

My friends and I wanted to stop in while on our way to North Carolina. We had already been driving for about two hours and were expecting to be able to grab a coffee and use the restroom, but we were wrong. After pulling into a parking spot, we noticed they had immediately turned the overhead lights off behind the counter, and the doors were locked even though they were opened. As we sat in the car looking for another Dunkin nearby, we noticed the employees looking over at our car and actively playing hide and seek with us. We will not be returning again.

I go to many different locations of Dunkin. This particular one has an interesting entrance/exit, in that you have to drive across a motel property to get in and out. Once you figure it out, it's easier to navigate. I received my food and drink as expected.
