I’ve always gotten avocado toast with bacon in it. Every dunkin I’ve gone to has given little pieces all over the toast. This is giving “I don’t care, as long as they got their food”…

Would give zero stars if I could. All the girls working were so nasty. I have a deathly allergic allergy to hazelnuts. So I kindly asked to please be mindful of the syrups before handling my food. And they laughed in my face and made a face and walked away. And started whispering in front of my face. Maybe reconsider your employment of ur staff

This morning I ordered a medium frozen coffee with NO LIQUID SUGAR and add butter pecan. I literally repeated no liquid sugar 3 times. 3 TIMES! To which they confirmed no liquid sugar. Guess what my drink HAS LIQUID SUGAR. This company is so inconsistent, I don't understand how hard is it to push a few buttons. On the oasis machine that creates the frozen coffees, there's a LITERAL BUTTON THAT READS NO LIQUID SUGAR.

People were nice but they only had 2 kinds of filled donuts and a very small variety. It was very disappointing.

The donuts did not taste fresh with watery frosting and the base tasted soggy. Also ordered a water, got charged 30 cents for the cup (which is fine), but then wouldn't even offer refills for the water. I'd recommend driving a little further to get to any other Dunkin' location.

I went through the drive through and I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with LEMONADE. They gave me one with green tea, so I gave it back and told them I asked for lemonade. They took the label off and handed the same drink back to me. Don’t go to this location if you want your correct order.

I’m always runnning late for work and every time I get to the drive thru there’s a huge line. However, they mange to take everyone fast in the drive thru!!👏🏼👏🏼

I was very disappointed with the employees at this location. No one greeted us, asked to take our order, or thanked us for our visit. The service was exceptionally slow for a mobile order. Many people came after us and were served before us.
The music was also loud and annoying, and the employees needed to be better trained in customer service skills. We felt very unwelcome in this DD location and will not be returning any time soon.

My family and I came into this Dunkin' donuts because we were hungry and it was already past breakfast time. Fortunately everything was clean, but it was the rudeness and the inattentiveness of the employees that caught our attention. When we walked in nobody even asked to take our order and they clearly saw us. When I needed a condiment I waited in front of the cash register for 5 loooong minutes because nobody looked my way. Finally an employee came, looked me dead in the eyes and walked in the other direction like she didn't even see me. That same employee was very unprofessional, and she cursed while walking past us. Nobody even came and asked us for help when my family member spilled a drink. The food was pretty mediocre, only ketchup could save it. The cheese, didn't even taste like cheese. The eggs also tasted artificial.
The employees were mostly talking instead of acknowledging the costumers. Needless to say, we won't come back to this dunkin donuts.

It’s been two times already that I drive by and decide to want to get a donut and a ice coffee and can’t even find the entrance definitely irritated.
I recently placed an online order for pick-up at Dunkin' Donuts: 2 dozen donuts, coffee, and a free donut using my rewards. When I went to pick up the order, the freebie donut was missing. Initially, the staff at the donut counter ignored me, and one even signaled that she didn’t speak English. Eventually, I was assisted by the cashier, who explained that the flavor of the free donut wasn’t available. I politely requested a replacement with a different flavor, and she kindly provided it. However, as I was heading back to work, I noticed the box of donuts was a bit loose. Upon checking, I realized three donuts were missing from the dozen I had ordered. Frustrated, I had to drive back to the store to address the issue. When I explained the problem to the cashier, she immediately mentioned that I had already received the free donut earlier. I clarified that this was a separate issue and showed her my receipt. She then admitted that three of the ordered donut flavors were unavailable but hadn’t replaced them. Although she eventually provided the missing donuts, it came with an unprofessional attitude, and I was advised to check my order next time. I feel it’s unfair to expect customers to double-check orders when items are missing due to unavailability—these should have been replaced without me having to ask.
