The cashier was great. She was able to get me everything I wanted. They were busy but very good at getting orders ready. I love KFC chicken, and it was worth the wait!! I bought enough that we had several meals.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I have never seen a drive-through where you literally sit 30 minutes just for someone to come to the window whoever the owners of this KFC is they they really need to speak with their staff.

Manager was very rude to customer saying if you can do it better come back here and work. It wasn't busy and the wait was for ever. She said they where short staffed but no need to keep running your mouth the whole time your supposed to be working.

Very disappointing visit. They are the only KFC in the area and we were looking forward to a great meal!! But that's not at all what we received. They appeared fully staffed but only one associate was actually working..She was backed up trying to run drive thru, front end and filling orders by herself while several other associates were joking and playing in the prep area. Food was subpar at best. Definitely not worth the 20 min wait. Just ridiculous. Won't be attempting that again any time soon. Smh

As soon as you walk into the restaurant you either slip and almost fall or get stuck to where your standing because of the huge amount of whatever is mopped into the floor then you r overwhelmed by the smell of rancid fry oils and just muck then after waiting almost 10-15 minutes just to place an order if they even have whatever you want then you could be waiting. Up to 30-45 minutes before your food cold as ice is brought to the counter or handed to the delivery person all the while listening to the employees complain about their job and how they hate the customers and miss handling the food and poorly. If at all keeping. Food safety regulations in mind cross contamination and just plain ignorance is the only thing taught during the two minute training period as the last shift clocks out to never return

It took them almost 50 mins to get me 4 BURITOS! This was absurd! 5 or 6 workers no one in the lobby. I am extremely upset with the service we received.

Ordered on the app and got notified my order was ready at 3:50 pm. It is 4:15 and I'm still waiting for my order. I came in and waited another 10 minutes for them to prepare my order. The woman was putting the wrong items together and the manager had to do it for her.
Meanwhile her grandson kept coming up trying to get her attention. I didn't realize KFC allows their workers to babysit while working

Very bad service!!!! I place an online order and when I arrive store was close which should’ve open at 10 am. Workers seem to not care about their service and a very inrresponsible restaurant. Always have a problem!!!!!!!

The absolute worst service I've had in a long time

Ok I'm calm now, this was the worst experience I EVER had at ANY so called fast food restaurant. I ordered my food at 7:27. I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy the lady who was taking my order asked another employee if they had an 8 piece, she opened the case and said yes, I completed my order. I quietly waited my turn. After watching the lack of enthusiasm and the total disorder for the first 15 minutes started wondering if they were short handed. After the next 10 minutes of unbelief I had to ask for the store number and the manager. When the manager finally and reluctantly made her way to the front she ask me what I ordered. I told her I ordered 30min ago. She asked again what I ordered, I told her and showed the receipt, she asked her employees what I was waiting on. She had no idea what was happening in the store that she was managing, no knowledge of how to talk to a customer. I wasn't offered an apology, a discount, or even a cup so I could have a drink while I waited. After our short interaction she turned and scooted off, only thing she was missing was her house slippers, a robe, and a joint in her mouth. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK to this location. What a disappointment first the potato wedges and now this. Instead I will go to Popeyes or Royal Farms.
