Ordered three piece chicken, received two. Also, forgot straw. Chicken pieces quite small.

Stop here for a quick bite on the road back to Virginia and the service was subpar. Very few people in the restaurant and it seemed like neither one knew what the other was doing. One young lady that appeared to be the manager was doing as best she could to keep everybody on track.

While on the road, we needed to stop for a quick bite and decide on the typically safe and reasonable consistent taco bell.

Upon entry it looked a bit messy on the surface, however gazing back to the kitchen service area we noticed a mixed staff, half panic, running around & annoyed and the other half walking around at half a mile per hour with, nothing phases me looks. Empty food bins with food all over the place like a war just happened.
Food clearly took longer than expected which required us to sit in the restaurant and look around wishing we hadn't ordered. Garbage around the permiter, soda machines that didnt work with no ice in the entire restaurant.

The best part of the trip was that we didnt get sick

This is hands down the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible — the staff act like you’re inconveniencing them just by showing up. To make matters worse, the wait time is unbelievably long, even when the place isn’t busy. I’ve been to plenty of KFCs, and this location is by far the slowest and least friendly. Do better.

Love the order kiosks! The food was good. I ordered dine-in but order was packed togo. Cleanliness was good in DR but music was obscenely loud and I’m 70 and hard of hearing. There was no diet soda available which is all that I drink.

No food issues. Service was relatively quick. Place is decently clean.
But the temperature inside is absolutely terrible. 2 times I visited and it is insanely hot.
Overwhelming while waiting for take out, can’t imagine working here or eating inside

One star isn't a low enough score but Google won't let you. I ordered on the kiosk & yes I had a decent size order but it took so long to get my order. It seemed that only one person cared enough to try & get orders out at a decent speed, everyone else was turtle speed. After waiting so long they tell us they don't have the drink we ordered nor do they have the large cups they would give us two small cups. On top of the long wait it was hot as hell in there. To top it off I had missing items & they never gave me a receipt. Horrible experience
