My large pizza and my crazy puffs both were burnt. I guess that's what I get for getting it well done but being well done does not mean burn everything. I tried to eat some but it was . just hard and burned so I put it in the trash cuz it pissed me off after spending over $20

The first time we had this pizza, it was awesome! It became our favorite pizza. The last two times that we ordered, they missed the toppings for the crazy crust. Hoping things get more consistent, because it really is great pizza!

I am updating my review of this Little Caesars has gone to the dogs I just placed a order for 2 pizzas and one is a thin crust so I marked both of them to be no cut because I hate the stupid way people cut thin crust I get home to find that they cut both pizzas so I call and talk to a manager I let him know I was not wanting a credit or a new pizza just to please inform the crue to take more time in getting the order correct, the so called manager said i did not order no cut I recheck my order and I did but this is not good customer service and then to top it off the order also included order with extra sauce this is such a joke pizzas was almost dry so I am done with them....
Got a very poor pizza tonight and normally I love Little Caesars. Very disappointed!

This location botched an order I did online. They gave me a normal pepperoni pizza when I ordered a stuffed crust. I filled out their form online to request the correct order for free. They called 2 days later and offered the correct order plus an order of Crazy Bread thrown in for free, I just had to call to have them prepare it. They made good on their offer when I called them a few weeks later. No arguing, no excuses, just a pizza. You are respected by this establishment, so I would recommend them.
Called asked the manager on Duty if he’d checked his times on the Hot and Ready he said yes I then told him he couldn’t have you could actually taste the yeast in the pizza doe because it has been sitting in the hot cooler for way passed its expiration time he would not refund or replace the pizza after I told him I would return it even the ones the kids ate off of not going to return young kids with no customer service experience!
