Got asked to pull forward for our small frappe and sat in the parking spot for 15 minutes. My husband went inside and waited an additional 10 minutes. Someone then came out and offered us food that wasn’t ours. No apology or anything.

This store was struggling today. It was very busy when we arrived. We ate linside,but it took forever for our food to come and our order to be completed. They were simply overwhelmed today. Seemed one person was doing a lot of the work. I was surprised to find the trash bins inside overflowing and the floor sticky in front of it. I don't know the whole story of course, but it seems management failed today.

Don’t do mobile pickup!! I ordered, punched in my spot number and sat for 20 mins! Finally went in to check on why it was taking so long and was told I never checked in. That’s funny! They don’t even start the order until I tell them what spot I’m in and my app said order was completed. Poor customer service!

We stopped here while on the road. They were packed at lunch time. The staff worked well together and made sure all the guests got their correct food. The manager was overseeing orders and helping get food out. One of the best running McDonald's I've seen in a long time!
