Route 113 Georgetown Delaware. Beware of getting orders to go, down the road you will find out there is no sugar, half and half, stir stick, jelly or salt and pepper. Inside isn't any better no prep area must ask for each item.

I placed my order via the app and it took almost an hour to get my order if it were not for the kind young lady Jasmine assisting me I would probably still be waiting for my order the workers were mostly wandering around aimlessly and not even sure what too does not help things at all the management really needs to do something about this

It's a very good McDonald's. The food is fresh, and right on time, you don't have to pull away and park to wait for your order. Love this place!
The employees are parking in the handicap parking places. I was there Easter Sunday saw a white car w out of state and a dark blue suv. Then on the west side I saw a young employee exit and get into a car parked in the handicap spot. I never saw anyone come out and leave and when I entered there was one family in there. I went to the bathroom -empty. Came out one lady was being waited on. I left and returned to get a drink and the same 2 cars were still there after about 5-6 hours time period.

This Mcdonald’s in Georgetown is actually so trash. Every time i come here for food since its the closest Mcdonald’s near me, they either never get ts right, or they just forget it all together. Ever since they reopened, the people they hired have to be smoking something in the back because it’s actually ridiculous how you get everything wrong probably everyday and never get tired of people telling you that you forgot something. I barely come to Mcdonald’s like that and the fact they can never get it right every time I do go their says a lot about there service. Hire people who will actually do their job, effectively AND CORRECTLY because they amount of times they get my order incorrect is blasphemous ?

the one person i spoke to was very helpful and understanding because i was in a rush and i respected that but food was barely even warm said part of it all is that me and my family go there a decent amount a times a year and ever time that we have been the food just keeps getting worst so the only reason why i am rating this mcdonalds this high was because of the one staff member i spoke to was just so nice and kind
