One of the best cheese steaks I have ever had!! So many cool cheeses and a super wide selection of foods on the menu. No inside seating, but totally worth a visit. I highly recommend

My family usually grabs something to eat here at least twice while on vacation. Today was a let down. Paid for a chicken salad sandwich with two scoops but only received one. My other sandwich lacked two of the ingredients I asked for. The outdoor seating area was swamped with flies and the price per sandwich was too high.

I dropped in asking if they made breakfast and I had a really good sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a bruschetta bread. Prices are affordable.The owners are really nice. I will be dropping by again

Just tried Patty’s for the first time and I will be back!!
I ordered ahead of time and my order was ready when I got there. They were very busy, but it seemed like everybody was very happy.
The staff was super friendly.
My sandwich was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the cheesesteak with the arugula and blue cheese and I added sweet peppers, tomatoes, and pickles.

A great place to get a sandwich before hitting the beach.
I use to come here years ago before the current owner leased this spot... This place use to have at least a few tables to sit quietly and enjoy your meal.... But things change..oh well !! I got an sausage and egg sandwich here and I give it 4 stars but Oh Daddy .... Was it expensive... I paid $11.50 for a 5-7 dollar sandwich... Come on patty... Don't try to retire off feeding the working class... The price of this sandwich probably netted you a 300-500 Profit... Unfortunately... I won't be back... Can't afford to... Whooo Doggie !!!

I saw this place was known for their Italian Hoagie. Made a quick put stop before getting on the Ferry... Very good! 👍👍I enjoyed the hoodie as we crossed the Delaware Bay.. Cute little shop, all sorts of gourmet and looks like they do catering to......ps then also sell gas!!! One stop shop...

Very good food. We had the cheesesteak and the roast pork with broccoli rabe. All in all it was pretty darn good. The broccoli rabe and roast pork was served on a sesame seed roll and that was delicious. The cheesesteak did not have the sesame seed roll and that was a little bit of a letdown. Service was good and reasonably quick.
