I just came from walking out of this restaurant without eating because the service is so slow. I wanted to try this place on my way to Ocean City but wasted time instead. The waitresses are too busy talking and giggling amongst each other a little too much that.
The refried beans were disgusting. It was like I took a spoonful of salt and ate it… The mangonada last time I got it tasted wonderful so I got it again, but this time but it wasn’t so good, like I was drinking straight tajin. Then menu does not specify sizes for the queso dip. Apparently it’s is $6.25 for a tiny salsa bowl. The last 2 times we got huge queso bowls, but after I asked about it our server informed us the big bowls are $12 and the small ones are $6. Our server was never in sight and we didn’t get refills for our drinks. The sweet tea is gross, it’s like they’re using some kind of artificial sweetener instead of sugar. I feel like we received bad service on purpose because I requested a table instead of a booth. The food quality seems very inconsistent from visit to visit. Will drive the few extra miles to go to La Tonalteca where the service and food are consistent and tasty.

The signature dishes were great. Flavorful. But we got a side order of 3 tacos, and they were bland. But the main meal was delightful, so worth a visit of you're in the area

They need to keep someone at the bar at all times. It's take to long to order food and get drinks. Friend of mine will not go to the bar because it's to slow for there orders and refills of drinks

I don’t know how a Mexican restaurant can you screw up a Margarita but this one did. Their “famous” mix was terrible. Nothing but lime juice. Went down to road to La Tonelteca, should have gone their first.

We have driven by many times when we're going through Georgetown but this was the first time we needed to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant is very vibrant and everyone was so friendly. The food was delicious. If we lived a bit closer I'm sure we would eat here more often.
