SO GOOD. First time here and the Italian Sub and Chicken Cutlet Sandwhich were amazing. It's a small space that fills up quickly during lunch time, there are no seats to at unless you want the outdoor tables so we usually take it home. Will be coming once a week for a cheat lunch :) Sandwiches are large and affordable, but it does get expensive if you add chips and drinks.

I am just going to say the following. WHY does a place only stay open until 4 pm and closed on the weekends?? It says it's an Italian Deli, but I won't know because I can't get there before they close.
Additionally, I looked at whatever pictures they had, and nowhere do I see anything that would qualify them for anymore than a sandwich shop. Just because they sell the sliced meats and cheese, they put on their subs, does that really qualify them for a deli? And what is that "peppered ham" they use? Why don't they use prosciuttini? That's the real meat that should be used. I don't know what the other sliced meats and cheeses are, whether authentic Italian or not because as I stated in the beginning of my review, they are not open after people get off work. They must be only catering to the lunch crowd. That's too bad for us, the working class, that are not near by. And additionally, no Italian groceries, wow. I absolutely love Spagnolo’s. My friends and I are always greeted warmly by name by the smiling faces of the employees. Their food is always ON POINT and delicious. You can check their rotating specials on their Facebook. Good prices for quality food and portions! I highly recommend the Cransational Chicken Salad and Cheesesteaks! You can also eat outside and enjoy a nice day at their picnic tables.
Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten intolerance and you can get almost anything in a bowl without bread and they avoid cross contamination!
Parking: Spagnolo’s always gets you in and out quickly and you never have to wait for a parking spot.

Originally from Wilmington, I've lived in Virginia for 20 years. You can't get a good Italian sub here. My husband was traveling to Georgetown and I asked him to pick me up an Italian sub at Spagnolo's. I was not disappointed. It was delicious and can hang with some of the best Italian subs I've ever had. My only complaint is I didn't have him buy me two.
