of all the starbucks in delaware this is by far my favorite, they almost never screw up my order and they’re always extremely nice. Given how irritating the general public can be they are doing fantastic <3

Bathroom access - required a combination # that did not work on one of the two bathroom. Other bathroom unclean with unknown fluid admixed with a tissue-yuk. Service poor. Food ready immediately but coffee delayed as they were attending to drive-thrus.

Georgetown is a fantastic Starbucks. However, feel that I need to give three stars for ‘service’ because, over the last month or so, every time I have gone through their drive-thru the drive-thru time has been ridiculously long. I waited 5 minutes to only move forward a foot; I ended up getting out of line and leaving because I was going to be late for work. I am able to give grace and I’d like to believe that the staff are doing the best they can…but with it being this way for the last month or so….it’s quite disappointing.

This Starbucks had amazing customer service. I could not for the life of me remember my drink name and the person tried their hardest to help me. I got a drink and it was the drink! They are great at their job. The drink was amazing!

I went into the store to buy a venti Americano. I was the only one in line. I waited over 5 minutes for one of the 4 Baristas to wait in me. They were focused on the drive in customers. I would understood if one of the Baristas acknowledged my presence or if the store was busy. I went to a non-Starbuck coffee shop for coffee.
