Staff are nice and respectful. The only issue I have is when I order online and get there to pick up the items, some of them are out of stock. When I order from some of the other stores it will show what's out of stock before you purchase it. There's one item that's seasonal that they no longer have and it's still listed on the app as in stock.

The ambiance was actually the first thing I notice I was like "wait this Starbucks is so cute and clean" !!! And then I took my time ordering my food, and the girls were so patient with me! I got the potato, cheddar, and chive baked they were like a 7/10 but good!!! And then like ten minutes later I came back for coffee and wanted to redeem points but misunderstood what I could get and the girls (there's a guy here now too) were again SO patient and helpful! Super efficient and super kind! Thanks Georgetown Starbucks I appreciate you!

I went this star bucks today (my first time ever going to a star bucks) and I ordered a cookie crumble Macha and it was actually very good. However the reason I’m writing this one star review is because I’ve been on the toilet for almost 2 hours after drinking that drink. My booty hole is on fire and feels like it did the one day Tyrone snatched my booty in the shower.

I’ve been a customer since day one...it was excellent until a few months ago. Now the drinks are mostly milk...where’s the coffee, where’s the espresso. I waited a few weeks tried again...still terrible. My iced coffee is just iced milk. Afternoon shifts are really bad. I use to be a DAILY customer! No more!!! PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF AND DRINKS!!! We want coffee not iced milk.

Don't park by the door if you need to just pick up in store. Use drive thru. Or the drive thru line will block in your car .

I have been going to this location since they opened. In the beginning they were wonderful. Now there are so many employees revolving through that drinks are extremely inconsistent, my regular drink is almost never correct and some of the employees are super rude. There is a tall white male that hasn't been there long that is just miserable. He appears to hate his job, is very cold in demeanor and forgets my name from the time I go from the drive thru to the window to pick up my mobile order. Today there was no line, my mobile order was already ready and he still couldn't remember my name for the 10 seconds it took to get to the window. Then once I got there he went over to get my order and someone asked him a question. Rather than telling them to hold on a second he WALKED AWAY FROM MY ORDER and began taking care of that other customer resulting in me sitting in the drive thru for an additional 5 minutes waiting on an order that had been ready for who knows how long until another employee realized and gave it to me. It would have taken him only a few seconds to bring me my order and then handle the other customer. Extremely unprofessional and rude. There are a couple of great employees but the majority of them are awkward, have no idea what they're doing or are just rude. The tall white male that always wears all black and has shorter brown hair is the worst of them (i wish i knew his name). I have never had a pleasant encounter with him. Fix it please. I am one of the most loyal customers and I have gotten to the point I dread going any more because I never know what my drink will be like or which rude employee I will end up with.
