The food was okay I guess. But these two Hispanic girls that work there are the rudest people ever. When me and my family walked in one of them says " OMG". She was giving me attitude while I was ordering. Then after we left I can see them giving us faces and we're talking after we left. Fire these people immediately. They have the easier job and can't do it right. Especially the fat one.

They Mexican girls were very rude. We went to sit down only to be told the lobby is closed. They don’t close until 9 so why is the lobby closed.

BAIT AND SWITCH coupons. I have used coupons here before so I ordered a foot long with a coupon. When I checked out I was told this coupon was not valid. Asking why, I was pointed to the extremely fine print that stated only certain subs applied. I then said I would need to order another when I was told that I had ordered this and was, therefore, responsible. Since I did not want to deal with a likely call to the police, I paid. Why have coupons when the fine print excludes 80 percent of the menu? Next Time I will go to Jersey Mike's/

Worst experience at a Subway ever. Walked in no one was at the counter I said hello 3 times eventually got an answer. When Lisa came out she started giving me a hard time for saying hello 3 times and was very rude and told me she was in bathroom and had to open the door to the bathroom just to answer me and saying hello 3 times was unnecessary. I tried to move past that but she had such an attitude and wasn’t letting it go. I decided that I didn’t want someone that angry making food for me. So I told her that she had lost my business and that I would call to complain. She said good my name is Lisa.
I ordered an Italian BMT. They put in for a cold cut combo. I should have checked it when I was there. I don't eat bologna. The bread was soaked and fell apart the moment I opened the wrapper. It was a disgusting mess. They can't be bothered to listen and then follow instructions. Don't waste your money. My hoagie ended up in the garbage.My daughter ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. been going there weekly for years--but i will never ever go back because they dont honor the coupons in the local paper--they made the sub and then told me they dont honor coupons anymore--what a scamm--the owner does not care about repeat customers like me so i take my business someplace else--DONT TRY TO USE YOUR COUPONS FROM SUBWAY THERE

We ordered chicken teriyaki and an Italian BMT. Both of them were footlongs. The chicken teriyaki had mayo on it and was loaded with onions and green peppers but no chicken. The roll was soggy and fell apart. My daughter tried to eat it so she wouldn't waste money but she ended up with food poisoning. The Italian BMT was put down as a cold-cut combo. They dumped someone else's order on me. It was disgusting. I didn't even bother with it and just threw it out. My husband went back to Subway to complain and they lied and said that the hoagies were ordered that way. I have the receipt that proves they lied. Do yourselves a huge favor and do not darken their doorstep. Save yourself from guaranteed food poisoning.
