I am so tired of the subpar customer service and food quality at this place. How hard is it to do your job properly? I am the nicest person ever until you mess up my food and you have messed it up one too many times. I don't live close either which makes this even worse. So when I make the effort to go and it's wrong I'm even more irritated. I just had surgery last week and am unable to drive. My husband brought dinner home from here earlier tonight so it's not like anyone could correct these issues either because they weren't discovered until after he was already home and you're lucky I can't drive right now because I am not in the mood for this nonsense at all and would have had a lot to say about it because this stuff isn't freaking cheap anymore!! My chalupa was hard as a rock and the burrito I got to eat later (which happens to be right now) has the wrong sauce on it. The chipotle sauce is repulsive and I just got a mouthful. If you guys don't learn the difference between chipotle and creamy jalapeno I'm going to go clinically insane. Like seriously, come on people. Get it together!! There isn't a single efficient taco bell anywhere in the state of Delaware. It's ridiculous.

After a 10 minute wait for someone to even answer the intercom in the drive through and no complaints by me at all I went to bite into my tacos and found ice cubes inside of them

A joke of service and quality. Even for fast food standards. Between missing items and things being made wrong. The order screen took 10 mins or so just to order. For things to still be wrong. I don’t hate a wait when it’s worth it. But with a joke of service and crappy quality control, or a really a lack of effort. Not sure much of any of its worth it.

Waited about 43 minutes for a single order and it was almost completely wrong, missing items, cold, and soggy. This was after they handed me someone else's order and then yelled at me like I was stealing it despite them calling my name and placing it in my hand.

we went through the drive thru nobody said anything people where just sitting in line waiting with no response for the speaker we went in to order they gave our order out told us we didnt pay for 2 items that we had the receipt for thankfully the employees got smart and nasty after they messed up

It’s impressive how long it takes to make the food but how often they fail to get my order right. Simple stuff too, like putting sour cream on a taco supreme. If I ask them to hold the shredded cheese, I get a taco with nothing but shredded cheese. At some point I just take the wrong food home because it’s not worth circling the drive through 3 times. Hands down the slowest shittiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
