A very unpleasant experience with the order taker and sandwich had old roast beef on it. Never coming back. Very unfriendly service. A waste of my money. Hope I don’t get sick.

I was a bit disappointed this time when I stopped by this particular Arby's. We never eat at the Arby's in Elkton anymore. We drive right past it and go to the one in Glasgow. This time however, my chicken sandwich was small and the meet was tough. The cheese was discolored and rubbery. I had to take it off. I usually don't make high expectations of fast food but now that fast food is the same price as some sitdown restaurants, I do expect it to at least taste good.

The food was good. A bit disappointed that the value menu keeps getting smaller. I placed a online order so it was ready when I got there, however I didn't like that my last name and telephone number was listed on the receipt. I don't like that information out for anyone to see. I think using numbers and or letters in place of that would be a safer practice.

I enjoy eating at Arby's. More so, I like tasting Arby's great food, drinks, desserts and ringing the bell !
Dietary restrictions: Me and my wife Tiffany have to be careful with the amount of milk we drink. We are Lactose intolerant.
Parking: There is plenty of space to park.
Kid-friendliness: I will definitely bring my daughter and son to Arby's !
