This experience was 10/10. The food was exactly what we ordered, not one thing out of place. Everything was super hot and the girl working the window was so sweet and polite!! Definitely recommend this restaurant

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've been in. Great service and the food was fresh and prepared perfectly. The dining room is modern and seems fairly new. The person serving me was professional and efficient. An very impressive experience after not being in one for years.

Somehow it takes 30 years through the driveway through and I’ve been going for over 10 years and it’s never gotten better. The food is always very good besides the fries never being fresh rarely.

Tonight staff was spectacular for a Monday busy night shift ! My items were off the dollar menu and were somewhat pricey, almost $20 for a cheeseburger, x2 mini roast beef sliders with fries & two small drinks.
Lots of people were walking in to sit down and eat, and for a Delaware fast food restaurant that was nice to see.

Came into this location for a DoorDash order while I was waiting ordered food that was extremely overcooked/half crumbs and burnt (curly fries). Checked in with the person at the counter for my order and continue to wait for about eight minutes for them to finally ask for the single item order that I was waiting for just to be told that it was already given out. I’ve experienced before at my other job as a manager at a food location, drivers accepting and taking orders and then dropping the order to keep the food. I explain this to them and ask them could they make the wrap for my order so I can deliver it because clearly I still have the order. with me asking that I got an attitude and got a “oh well that’s not my problem”. Then the manager came over and asked me to verify with the customer that they didn’t double order so I tried to call unfortunately couldn’t get in contact with them, but regardless, even if they did double order, both orders should not have been given to the first driver, unless it was verified that they had both orders on their screen. They allowed me to continue to wait there for about a total of 10 minutes until I finally was done and dropped the order after informing the customer that they refused to remake the order. They are lucky that I had my child with me and I decided not to respond back because I would’ve gotten one more attitude and it would’ve been handled a whole different way. This is not a way to treat people because guess what when a order is messed up because you guys gave out a double order that you shouldn’t have it is your problem! And trust and believe even after this review, I will be contacting your GM as well because this is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be treated like that again!

Man has Arby's gone the way of shrinkflation. Decided to try one of the limited time sandwiches and once again I was disappointed ☹️. Sweet 1/4 pound brisket that ended up being as big as a classic roast beef. My local smoke house joint has a smoked sandwich for $10 that makes this a scam. Do yourself a favor, stick with the roast beef at Arby's and ignore the rest. Here's the advertisement versus what you get.

Just tried them out after over a year because of issues in the past... missing side item and both BBQ sandwiches ordered are missing the sauce and dry. This place just can't get right, and I won't be wasting my time here ever again.
