The food from this location was delicious. Piled high with goodness the way Arby’s does. The service at the drive through was awful. We waited over 10 min for our food, there were cars honking their horns behind us not getting that no one was going anywhere cause we didn’t have our food. The staff were very pleasant, but there wasn’t even a courtesy explanation for the holdup, just the assumption people would be okay waiting. Sort of the anthesis of “fast” food.

Fries were terrible, tasted like the grease hasn't been changed.. some of them were hard like they had been microwaved and then sat.. my krinkle fries, had curly fries in them.. the turkey sandwich tasted like smoke (in a bad way).. and this is their "large" drink (on the left) when that same size drink used to be considered their medium

How do you run out of roast beef @6pm? Waited 15min in dt line to be told I couldn't order,then had to wait 15 min more to get out of drive thru line. Bad experience to have on a holiday drive. I blame the manager on duty for not being prepared.
Roast beef was excellent, mozzarella sticks could have been fresher and the employees were rather ho-hum, but the meal was enjoyable
