Lobby doors were locked before closing time, I couldn't hear the person through the drive thru, and she was extremely rude, and our coffee tasted like water.

Really needs to do better, coffee always tastes burnt or never have enough product that i pay extra for. Makes no sense!!

I always had good customer service at this Dunkin' Donuts. If anything was wrong with my order, they took care of it with no issues. I appreciate their hardwork and kindness ❤️

The cappuccino tasted like water…. Waste of money.

I placed an order for a medium coffee with oat milk and vanilla flavor. Ordered online and picked up at window. Someone forgot to put the oat milk in my coffee. I am unable to drink and won’t arrive to my destination for two hours. Very frustrating and not acceptable. I do not have time to turn around or stop again that is why I ordered online ahead.

Only got coffee at the Drive thru, but it was good.

Was apprehensive but hopeful things changed here since my last time, and decided to stop here this morning for my morning coffee as I didn’t have time to make my iced coffee at home today. Kim needs to learn how to talk to people, overall speaks like she has a problem/disrespectful. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard it either. People who take their issues out on others are unhappy with their own self/life. Without customers you would not have a job! Secondly, everyone eating and drinking while making other people’s food is unsanitary.

Chocolate ice ring donut was hard and guy gave my money back but did not say sorry or nothing didn't ask me if I wanted a different kind just closed the window act like that is normal

They are very short and when you get your food it isn't put together ( sandwich) the eggs are not on the bread and the cheese was cold. Had a toasted bagel and didn't ask for cream cheese but it was a big gob in the middle. Not very good and they aren't worth 17 an hour.

Heard the most ridiculous thing at this location. Ask for one donut in the glass case and was told no they are for display. So my guess is that they are old and for show. Worker states manager told her but why even ask a manager if she can sell that one donut. Very odd! Also, can they hire one friendly worker?
