My spouse and I both got the Fried chicken sandwich. It was definitely not the quality sandwich we have had at a Hardee’s in the past. The chicken was not juicy and a bit rubbery. The roll was dry. We both did not finish our sandwich. The women’s restroom needed some maintenance. There was standing water along the back wall behind the toilet in the first stall. The sinks appeared dirty? Stained? Unfortunately, we won’t return at this location but felt the need to address the above issues so management can address these concerns.

Haven't been to Hardee's in a while. I always get the Monster burger. What's crazy is that the price has gone up and the size of the burger has gone down. Not really a "Monster" anymore, just a double bacon cheeseburger.

The customers service team member Jayden was very professional and very welcoming. After that long walk I had from the casino up to the Hardees store. he was very knowledgeable of the menu and explained deals that were really worth my dollar! Because of his and personality ( which we don’t see in young men nowadays)I look forward to visiting this Harrington, DE Hardee’s restaurant again.!! It was good seeing Hardee's again on my travels to Virginia, I hadn't been there since my younger days. I would suggest it to anyone who is traveling south. Stop in grab a bite or a drink and feel the ambience of an American iconic visit to the old school where people sat with family and friends and laughed or reminisced on the day or past moments. The service was warm and inviting as the workers smiled and were courteous.

The manager followed my friend with mace when he was walking out all we did when we ask for our food was ready when other people got there food was ready and our food was on the count the whole time but wasn’t all the way finished
