Got whole bunch of attitude from the manager for no reason! The kiosk wouldn't give me my Big Mac deal for $5.29 with another meal that wasn't on the app! It was the $6 double cheeseburger! When I tried to order with management to fix the problem it was nothing but attitude from the manager! I also wanted to have the double cheeseburger plain and add Big Mac sauce, lettuce and pickles! She said well that is not plain! The whole experience is not welcoming with poor management skills and attitude problems coming from manager!

so i just left mcdonald’s and ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and they only gave me the smoothie halfway full for it being 4 dollars i’d appreciate getting a full smoothie

The most rudest customer service I have ever been to besides dunkin' donuts.. all I ask for was napkins and then you're going to be nasty I think you should take a class on learning how to speak to people you never know what people's going through you told me there was napkins in the bag of course there wasn't of course I came back through the drive-thru and you and your manager were nasty wow!!!

Horrible food, breakfast bread was stale. This is the only McDonald's I know of that charges for a cup of water. Never coming to this McDonald's again.

Drive thru experience was mixed lady taking the money was a pleasure the one handing out accused me of taking a happy meal after she handed it too me I asked if I could pay for a happy meal there she said I would have to drive back around so I did and handed the the happy back to the cashier and paid for another happy meal. Some customer service training is needed for a couple employees
Customer Service, mannerisms and food service terrible. Received nothing but attitude and when i gave up trying to explain my code wouldnt work at the drive thru speaker but i should still receive my discount that i have up on my phone, i received my food with pancake syrup spilled all over my items in the bag. Had to be intentional

Okay I have to be brutally honest this is the most non sanitary McDonald’s I have ever been in the bathroom is disgusting and the smell was breath taking not in a good way either and the lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a minute you guys have good food most of the time but everything’s else yall need to definitely work on

I waited over five minutes for my food. After placing a mobile order, I realized I forgot to add sauce, so I asked the lady at the window for some. She responded, ‘Well, you should have asked for it when you ordered so I don’t have to run all around.’
