Out of my last 5 trips over 6 3 months the fries are never fresh and today at 4 o’clock -4:30pm I received a soggy wet bread on my Big Mac which smelled foul and tasted even worst. I’d rather drive 30 mins away to Wendy’s from now on bc at least they are fresh

Chicken was raw on 10/11/24. This is the store in Harrington, De. This isn't the first time this store has gotten orders wrong. Wrong size drinks, missing food and Burnt and Raw food. This store needs to have the board of health come in unannounced.

The current staff are great! They are all friendly and the service has greatly improved from a few years ago. The only complaint I have is arriving at the speaker, having 3 to 4 cars waited on before me, when I was at the other speaker first. I'm not sure how the speaker system works, but, it would be nice to have this resolved.

Asked for extra salt. Was told it was in the bag in the drive through. It was not. Went inside. Had to wait 10 minutes, because custo.ers other than drive through don't matter. Never again.
