We will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT CASINO EVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY !!! In order to enter the casino today we were told we HAD TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO THE STATE FAIR, WE WERE NOT THERE FOR THE FAIR. When we tried to explain to the ticket booth personnel that When we visited last Thursday and Friday we were simply told to park on the side of the casino by the bus entrance and we could enter that way to the casino. I get 125.00 in food , I wanted 2 crab cakes sandwitches and the waitdress told me i cound only have 1 .Why ? She said I could get 1 starter 1 entree and 1 desert. I do not eat desert . Should be able to order what you want !
This casino is a joke, they run it very poorly the managers will talk bad on there workers and customers while they are spending money, the security is a joke they got over 250 cameras on the Bottom floor and still can’t see nothing right, having to wait 30/90 min to “investigate”a table or slot machine.
