If you want respectable service and a professional restaurant experience, do not dine here. Our service took our drink and food order, and then went on break without telling us and disappeared for the rest of the night. We never received our drinks, and then when the kitchen staff brought out our food, we had to ask for drinks from them and were met with attitude like we were at fault for wondering why we received our food before even getting a drink or ever seeing our server again? We never received an apology, or even an effort of empathy from the staff for how poor this entire experience was, and unless you're here to get a free meal from your vouchers or whatever, this place is not a respectable restaurant and has no actual real business acumen. Not to mention the food is mid. Do NOT dine here unless you're desperate for the worst serving experience of your life.

I get 125.00 in food , I wanted 2 crab cakes sandwitches and the waitdress told me i cound only have 1 .Why ? She said I could get 1 starter 1 entree and 1 desert. I do not eat desert . Should be able to order what you want !

Poor service. Amateur service at best. Did not check on after meal came. Had onion soup which was mediocre at best. Had prime rib with baked potato and green beans. Potato was the highlight. Prime ribbon was tough a beans were out of the can . Atmosphere was diner like. Won't be back.

I always have a wonderful experience at Onion Jacks. From the positive vibes, to the customer service, and then there’s the fooood😍😍 the food is so amazing! One of the reasons that I go to Harrington is to have dinner here! I highly recommend!
Parking: Sometimes it can get packed, but overall there is somewhere to park. I recommend going on a day that the casino doesn’t have much going on.
Kid-friendliness: No one under the age of 21 is allowed inside. No exceptions.

We chose to grab dinner at Onion Jacks before going to the Jordan Davis Concert, thinking it would be a great start to our night out. Service was extremely slow, please but slow. Our food was okay..Prime Rib with house salad and potatoes, Classic Cheeseburger and fries, Crab Cakes with green beans and potatoes and Taco Salad with grilled chicken. Not sure what we expected but felt like dinner food vs high end pub food. We ordered several of their Signature Cocktails...Stormy Sea, Blue Skies, Cherry Captain and BBQ Smoked Old Fashion had no desire to reorder any of them. We were disappointed with our experience. We would have been better off grabbing Fair food.

stopped in here at the state fair came into the casino to get breakfast, and found this nice restaurant. Air conditioning is great and so is the waitress, Joyce. She is genuinely friendly and helpful. Food is very good also.
Meh, over rated. Our server was really great (Shakeira), that was the only good part. Food was underwhelming and they were out of prime rib which was a let down, they sold out within 3 hours of dinner service. Ended up having French onion soup, hard to mess that up. Wouldn't come back

This casino is a joke, they run it very poorly the managers will talk bad on there workers and customers while they are spending money, the security is a joke they got over 250 cameras on the Bottom floor and still can’t see nothing right, having to wait 30/90 min to “investigate”a table or slot machine. I’ve seen them hold people under there will for questioning. you cant have more than 3 drinks or they’ll cut you off no matter who you are this takes the fun out of gambling. smells like mildew. You’ll be happy to make your money back before leaving, spend the 20/30 min and go to Dover downs !!!

I've been coming to this place for a long time. Today I had the worst experience of my life. After being seated by the hostess My section belonged to a young lady by the name of Alyssa. When I was seated I was the only person in that section. The young lady Alyssa never acknowledged me there were three other empty tables after the hostess filled the three the tables with guess Alyssa took everyone's order from those three tables and she still never acknowledged the fact that I was sitting there as I got up to get ready to leave the hostess kindly asked me to please stay that she would take my order. I sat down waited for my food The hostess said to me that she asked Alyssa to please bring the food that I ordered and Alyssa refuse to bring the food. Alyssa and I never had any type of contact. She does not know me. I do not know her I'm assuming she just had a bad day I do not want to make this a black and white issue but I was the only black person in that section. The rest of the customers were white. It's very funny. How when I dine at this restaurant with my children in their uniforms who serves this country we get treated with the utmost respect. When you come in plain clothes you get treated horribly. I would like to thank Alyssa for ruining my day where I drove 3 hours just to get this sandwich thank you to the manager who stepped up and came and approached me and apologized. And also thank you to the hostess that came to me and apologized for something she had nothing to do with. I am going to continue dining at this establishment because the food is really good, but I hope to never see Alyssa's face again
