Decided to give Onion Jacks a try for the first time, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by both the food quality and amazing staff. The staff from seating to leaving was super attentive and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Special shout out to Amber for just being the best server I've had in 2025! She made stellar recommendations, that ended up being 10/10 ! The food, which was crab cakes (no filler), crab soup, and a shrimp starter all tasted great! Oh also fried ravioli was delicious 😋. Left with a key lime pie, that I couldn't eat now but sure will later. If you get a chance give it a try, I bet you will enjoy it.

I wish I could comment on the food or service but the purpose of this review is to make it known that you MUST be 21 since the only way to access this place is thru the casino! Bonz has a seperate entrance why not this place? I didnt see this restriction anywhere and we showed up with a newborn in the group and were denied entrance. Now for the good part, they blame the casino/state for this but I havent had the same problem in the dover casino so no, sorry, try again!

We will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT CASINO EVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY !!! In order to enter the casino today we were told we HAD TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO THE STATE FAIR, WE WERE NOT THERE FOR THE FAIR. When we tried to explain to the ticket booth personnel that When we visited last Thursday and Friday we were simply told to park on the side of the casino by the bus entrance and we could enter that way to the casino. WE DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE A STATE FAIR ENTRANCE TICKET. With what could only be described as nasty she said if you don’t buy a ticket you are ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED INTO THE CASINO. Then a more polite person waiting in line stated that the casino will refund the money at the players club inside. Well that WAS NOT TRUE. When we went to the players club looking for our refund the casino staff was pure nasty and said we would only receive “free slot dollars “ if we joined the players club and basically called us out for not knowing “how it works “. And that the casino doesn’t own the property and the state Fair has the right to charge us to enter. SERIOUSLY !?!? What a scam !! THE EXPERIENCE LEFT SUCH A BAD TASTE IN OUR MOUTHS THAT WE WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT CASINO EVER AGAIN !! THE ONLY folks that deserve a huge shout out were the shuttle ride driver and the passenger attendant, they were friendly and courteous and definitely deserve special accolades for their hard work.

I came on the recommendation from the Bonz bartender. The servers were friendly and attentive on both my visits. I had the NY Strip steak with the fully loaded mash potatoes. The steak was seasoned the way I like and cooked to perfection. I had breakfast today, and the French toast was spot on.

Skie was absolutely amazing. She provided tremendous guest service and when we went back a second time, she even made it a point to stop by and say Hello, despite being in a different section. Ask for Skie, you will not be disappointed.....oh, yeah the food was great too!!

Ordered NY strip steak, Prime Rib, Thai shrimp app and crabcake. Let's start with the good. The strip steak was cooked excellent and delicious. The Thai shrimp app is also amazing. Nice heat and flavor. The crabcakes are very meaty! The best l've ever had anywhere but was charged $20 for 1. The reeses dessert was okay but not as good as the price.
The bad....The prime rib was very fatty and priced too high for the quality. It's gross..do yourself a favor and never order it. We ordered this on 3 separate occasions hoping to get a good cut. Even expressing our concerns about the fattiness of it the time before so we could get a good cut but they STILL could not get us a good cut. Just a fatty one. (Had to send it back) They must order a cheap cut of prime rib from whoever they get it from and then they in turn overcharge the customer for it... so long story short everything is great including service just stay away from the prime rib. The au jous is flavorless also.

Came for dinner for my husband’s birthday. Ordered appetizer and entrees. The salads came out before the appetizer and the appetizers came out the same time our entrees came out. Our server went on break as soon as our food was sat down. No one came to check on us or get refills. I asked another server for boxes and they handed me my check when they brought boxes. No one asked if we wanted dessert, which of course we did, it was my husband’s birthday. Very disappointing because the food was actually really good.

Service was great, crab cakes were amazing, NY strip was goid. The Prime Rib, however, was the ABSOLUTE worst I've ever had in my life!;. 90% ALL FAT, absolutely disgusting. My dogs will be happy to get a $35 prime rib for dinner

Stopped by Harrington Midway Slots and decided on Onion Jacks for lunch. Purchased classic burger and onion soup. Everything was very tastee. Our server, Lamaya, did a great job taking care of us....will return!!
