I have ordered from this location many times, sometimes taking long breaks- hoping the food quality would get better. I ordered pickup last night, arrived 30 minutes after ordering and the cheese steak had not even been started. The fries and mozzarella sticks sat under the heat light. I'm ok with a freshly made cheese steak, however, I was not happy with the cold, mushy fries and the mozzarella sticks that clearly sat too long. Then a large order of fries looked like a small, and no marinara sauce was included with the mozz sticks. The cheese steak- very good. The building itself- in need of a deep clean. I'll try again in 6 months.

Best burger I've had in Delaware by far! Seasoned perfectly, juicy but not greasy, Just perfect. Kudos to the chef! The server was very polite and attentive. Place is very clean, lots of seating, a full menu for any meal of the day or evening. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking available. I'll be back!

Great customer service. Awesome food. Their pizza twists are the BEST I've ever had. Their cheesesteaks are awesome as well. I do not understand the bad reviews. We have eaten here many a time and have never once had a negative experience. The young people working here are always on top of things. Nothing is ever dirty. Food is always quick or when picking up always on time. And their prices are better than anyone else around. Especially Rudy's.
I've had good experiences and bad experiences here. It's five minutes from the house so the convenience overrides some of the bad experiences. The food is usually pretty good but once in a while it lacks. Seems like it's mostly young kids running the place which I think is fine good to see young kids working but sometimes I think that makes the customer service lacking a little.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they said 45 min. My wife went to pick it up and they had not even started on the pizza yet. She waited in the store for another 45 min. When she got home one pizza was cold and the other was not what we ordered. Crazy enough we went back a few weeks later and almost the same exact thing happened again. This place is garbage and I am surprised they still have business.

Waitress didn’t know the difference between put my onion rings on the side and an order of a sides of onion rings. (pay attention). Food was average at best! No ice in drink refill. I don’t believe a cup of ice tea is worth $3

I do not appreciate how they changed the menu for the quesadillas. One size only now and it’s a half which also costs the same amount as the WHOLE when they still sold it. Then the quesadillas is barely filled with anything. Overall a very disappointing visit!
