So I called multiple times they let the phone ring then when somebody finally answered I'm asking can I be placed on hold then I'm placed on hold for 10 minutes I finally get to the restaurant I sit and wait for one staff member because the rest of them are laughing and giggling I called about 30 times and nobody's answering they're in there the phone's ringing on and on and on and they think this is a joke mind you 2 people are sitting down eating In there 2 people are waiting on their order. I was on hold for 10 minutes and still nobody took my order

Alright I NEVER post reviews because I just think they’re corny but this place needs one, cheesesteak greasy like no other I’ve ever had , I have no clue what seasoning they use on it but it ain’t it either , I paid 19 bucks for extra meat and a large fry…I’d hate to see what their normal amount of meat is. The amount of fries for a large is laughable and I have a pic to show , they taste good and that’s the only reason I have two stars and the pizza is also pretty good. 4.50 for about 12 whole fries is crazy

Ordered my pizza and macaroni bites online. Drove there about 20 minutes after the order was placed. The order was not even made. The cashier had no idea there was even a order waiting. They told me to come back in 10 ten minutes. Once I came back I was then informed they did not have the macaroni bites available. The staff was rude, disrespectful and was saying curse words amongst themselves. Very unprofessional and even worse your establishment had customers dinning in the restaurant that probably could hear the obscenities as well. Won't be coming back and will gladly share my experience with others. Why?, so others do not have to deal with such subpar service.

For starters, when I walked in the teens in the back were laughing so hard. .it felt as if they were laughing at me. The food itself wasn’t half bad, but that location definitely needs to work on customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. .

Your service sucks. It seems that the take out orders are made before the customers that are in house. . We try to support local business. We are local and will not be back and will tell the folks we know just how bad the experience was!!!! Sad. We ordered 2 cheese steaks and a order of French fries and you couldn't serve within an hour. Geezzzz!

Ally on the register is rude, nasty and has one of the WORST attitudes I've ever experienced. Customer service is not at all on the priority list. My family used to love eating there, but after the treatment from her AGAIN tonight, we'll find another restaurant.
