I place a mobile order and so did my friend Kassidy and when I went to pick it up, which I have done plenty of times, I was told I had to go back around the building to get the order and wait in line again.

All I got was a soda and a Burrito Supreme and when I got to the window I had to wait 1o minutes for my food after I paid but the crazy thing is that they weren't even busy !!!!

Horrible experience! Waited 20 minutes just to pay for our food as workers were talking and standing around and walking in and out of the store. I asked one for help and he walked away. Just as we were about to walk out he finally took our order and he did not seem happy about it at all! Once our food came we noticed that the modifications that were made on a few things were ignored and found a USED glove in my child’s food!! If I could give this place zero stars I would as that’s all it deserves!

The food was okay, the taco shells were broken though, the inside was just disgusting, it looked like it hasnt been cleaned since last week, the servers were rude they didnt greet us when we came in and were just flat out rude

They work so unbelievably slow and unorganized that it honestly feels like the workers are conspiring to ruin the taco bell. At first, I was only extremely disappointed because there is no reason to go that slow. Anyone with an at least middle-school level of professionalism and experience would no that it shouldn't take that long for an order
