We came here for our 18th wedding anniversary. The shopping area the restaurant is located in is well-lit with plenty of parking. The staff was very courteous and the dining area is well maintained and very clean. After ordering drinks and an appetizer we did notice a slow down in service and waited a little longer than usual for our entrées than usual. This I believe was due to our server also tending to a larger party on the other side of the restaurant. Not a big deal as the appetizer (better Cheddar) was quite large and took us some time to enjoy it. I ordered the surf and turf special. My steak was cooked perfectly to my liking (medium) and the shrimp were large. My wife ordered the Chicken & Italian Sausage Cavatappi and had to take half of it home as it was a very generous portion size. Definalty a great expierence and we look forward to visiting again.

Great food, veal Marseille and short ribs were excellent. Dianna took care of us and was great as usual!

The food was excellent. Our waiter, Ricky H. was personable, capable and professional. Actually all the staff we interacted with were nice. Plenty of parking and the dining room was comfortable and attractive. Would definitely recommend.

Dinner was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful and we de so many friends. Tuesday night is burger night and it does not disappoint.

We had a very nice meal with a wonderful and very patient server. She was attentive, kind and very helpful. She went out of her way to answer questions and provide us with everything we asked for. Every person was helpful and friendly. Best service we have experienced in a restaurant in a long time. Thank you.

Great place to meet.

Back Burner never disappoints. We always have pleasant experience there. From Larry, the manager, our attentive waitress, Diana, to the bus-boys are always courteous, catering to the customers' needs and always having a nice smile. Special thanks to Larry, he ordered Darjeeling tea (which had been out for awhile) for us. If you need anything, just let him know, he always delivers for reasonable requests. The food was good. No wonder Shrimp Lejon and the Pumpkin mushroom soup (our favourites) are most popular. They were as good as always. (If you haven't try those, you should). The salmon, like Diana recommended, got high praises. It's good, not fishy and very tender. Will definitely go back soon. Back Burner is like our "back-up" kitchen.

It was my husband's birthday and lovely. The food was excellent as well as the service.
