Cappriotti's might be the worst hogies on the east coast now. Used to love this place, but recently, they went full corporate greed and if you are lucky, you get 5 slices of meat on a hoagie now....it like eating a bread and lettuce and single tomato and that’s it. First time I thought maybe the 15 years olds that works there messed up and forgot to meat on…second time….I realized they are just screwing customers…. never again. Save yourself $20 and just go to Wawa or even Primos.

This place can vary but most of the time it’s pretty bleak, the staff always seem to be disassociated with the customers. There’s always two radios going, one for the kitchen and one for the customers, to the point it can give you a headache. It’s a thing.
Today I ordered a wagyu cheese steak, was served a French dip, asked to remake it the guy threw the already made French dip on the grill and chopped it up. That’s pretty bad, I was a chef for many years and you don’t reserve the same sandwich to someone. It wasn’t even the correct meat.

Called in for a pick up order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A girl answers saying " hello" I said hi is this caoriottis she said yes and I say can I place an order for pick up she said yes didn't ask what I would like or anything just sat there in silence so I told her what I wanted and than she says is that all ...I say yes and she said ok have a good day I said we'll hold up you need my name, I need to know how long like....like what the hell !!!!!
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER OR REPLACE THEM IF THEY CANT OR REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT !!

I just ordered a large turkey and ask for it to have everything on it . The girl read it back and when I got it had just lettuce and tomatoes and onions that’s it . I call up and they just told me it was made wrong and told me I could have another one made. And that’s it nothing more

I dont frequent this place much but if I do want a sub this is where I go. I got a medium ham & cheese asked for no veggies. Soon as I got home opened the sub and everything was on it, for $13 it just irritated me. Then the ham had a extremely salty taste to it, like I was eating bricks of salt with every bite very weird.
The cashier was great, very friendly, the food was made correct. This policy embarrassed me in front of my co workers and friends. Why don't you check the bills like every other company. This policy is awful and will cost you a lot of money. My order was $38. It was larger than a 20 and they wouldn't take my 50. Even after I pulled out a wad of hunters. It's really is dumb and makes no sense, you need to have a better way to check your bills.
I would be willing to take down my review if the owner reached out personally with the response to this review and a number where I could reach him

Got the Bobbie not knowing it was cold. It said hot on the menu. When discovering it’s a cold sandwich I walked back in and they did nothing for me. Spend 12$ on a water and chips bc who wants to eat cold stuffing. Ew disgusting. I will never be eating at this chain restaurant ever again.

The guy who checked me out was very nice, however the chicken cheese steak wasn’t so great. It was big chunks of chicken, hardly any cheese & very dry. Usually the chicken would be more grounded up, not sure what happened but very dry. $12 for a small 8” sub. Waste of money won’t be back to this
