Cappriotti's might be the worst hogies on the east coast now. Used to love this place, but recently, they went full corporate greed and if you are lucky, you get 5 slices of meat on a hoagie now....it like eating a bread and lettuce and single tomato and thatās it. First time I thought maybe the 15 years olds that works there messed up and forgot to meat onā¦second timeā¦.I realized they are just screwing customersā¦. never again. Save yourself $20 and just go to Wawa or even Primos.

This place can vary but most of the time itās pretty bleak, the staff always seem to be disassociated with the customers. Thereās always two radios going, one for the kitchen and one for the customers, to the point it can give you a headache. Itās a thing.
Today I ordered a wagyu cheese steak, was served a French dip, asked to remake it the guy threw the already made French dip on the grill and chopped it up. Thatās pretty bad, I was a chef for many years and you donāt reserve the same sandwich to someone. It wasnāt even the correct meat.

Called in for a pick up order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A girl answers saying " hello" I said hi is this caoriottis she said yes and I say can I place an order for pick up she said yes didn't ask what I would like or anything just sat there in silence so I told her what I wanted and than she says is that all ...I say yes and she said ok have a good day I said we'll hold up you need my name, I need to know how long like....like what the hell !!!!!
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER OR REPLACE THEM IF THEY CANT OR REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT !!

I just ordered a large turkey and ask for it to have everything on it . The girl read it back and when I got it had just lettuce and tomatoes and onions thatās it . I call up and they just told me it was made wrong and told me I could have another one made. And thatās it nothing more
