This is disgusting my cat wouldn't even touch it. What is it you ask ?? Its a small cheese steak that had more bread then meat. I guess the Lantana location didn't get the message from corporate they're supposed to be making the sandwiches with 25% MORE meat not 25% LESS. I was raised on the Union Street Cap's where half a small would fill you, this is a joke do better Capriotti.

I’ve had some cheesesteaks from here before that were decent but whatever they made today was embarrassing. Many places to get good subs around the area. Won’t be back

Cappriotti's might be the worst hogies on the east coast now. Used to love this place, but recently, they went full corporate greed and if you are lucky, you get 5 slices of meat on a hoagie now....it like eating a bread and lettuce and single tomato and that’s it. First time I thought maybe the 15 years olds that works there messed up and forgot to meat on…second time….I realized they are just screwing customers…. never again. Save yourself $20 and just go to Wawa or even Primos.
This place can vary but most of the time it’s pretty bleak, the staff always seem to be disassociated with the customers. There’s always two radios going, one for the kitchen and one for the customers, to the point it can give you a headache. It’s a thing.
Today I ordered a wagyu cheese steak, was served a French dip, asked to remake it the guy threw the already made French dip on the grill and chopped it up. That’s pretty bad, I was a chef for many years and you don’t reserve the same sandwich to someone. It wasn’t even the correct meat.

Called in for a pick up order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A girl answers saying " hello" I said hi is this caoriottis she said yes and I say can I place an order for pick up she said yes didn't ask what I would like or anything just sat there in silence so I told her what I wanted and than she says is that all ...I say yes and she said ok have a good day I said we'll hold up you need my name, I need to know how long like....like what the hell !!!!!
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER OR REPLACE THEM IF THEY CANT OR REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT !!
