I’ve been ordering from this local Domino’s for a long time, and they’ve always taken good care of me. One of the
Friday night I placed a big order, and when I arrived the store was extremely busy. My order wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood because the whole team was clearly under a lot of pressure.
Even with the rush, one of the staff members really stood out. There was a young woman working behind the counter who kept a genuine smile on her face the whole time while preparing orders and helping customers. Watching her stay positive and professional in that stressful environment honestly made the wait feel much easier.
Big thanks to the entire team, and especially to her, for keeping great customer service alive even on the busiest nights. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I recently moved to this area and have been to this Dominos several times. Every time I come, they are short staffed and it takes a VERY long time to get the food. They need to hire more reliable employees. The food is good, if you can endure the wait.

it aways late
Domino's doesn't suck anymore.
I was pleasantly surprised. Guy waited on me was kind of a dork though. Maybe stand there for five minutes when my food was sitting right on the counter in front of me. I think he was shorthanded though.

Horrible.
Delivery driver put my pizzas on the ground next to my front door and rang the bell. Jogged back to his car.
I get you are busy but setting someone’s food on the ground is ignorant
Had worst experience with preparation time. It was 5:15pm I ordered, when I go there around 6pm, it was not ready still showing the app prep from 5:15 to 6pm. I was thinking, it is getting prepared. The guy over there checked my name couple of times. Aat 6:15, he checked my name again and told if I wait another 15-20mins , they will get my order in and prepare. It is almost 1 hr and 30 mins , still not sure whether they will get my order. Very bad service and tracking app. Don't recommend this place .

I am not clear about the negative reviews, but usually get takeout from here once every 3 weeks or so, and have never had a problem. Orders are placed online with easy pickup. Food is good as long as there are realistic expectations that this is not gourmet. I have to say that charging for EACH dipping sauce when ordering wings or the bread options is SILLY. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I ordered pizza that took 40 mins to cook and then another 40 mins to arrive to me. When I called the store the person who answered was rude. And the worst part is that the pizza is undercooked and inedible

If I can give ZERO star, I would. The female manager could barely speak English and got an attitude. I ordered a large 1-topping pizza online for $7.99 for pickup and when I arrived at the store, I presented her with a $5 e-Gift card (issued by Corporate) with all the numbers and PIN. She didn't know how to accept it and started yelling at me and said I have to present the card. So, obviously she didn't understand what an e-Gift card was and she didn't know how to operate the payment terminal. Finally, she figured it out and I was left with a $3 balance. I said why $3. It should be $2.99. She said it's only a penny. I said I brought only the exact change. Then, when I tried to pay the remaining balance with a physical gift card, she hit the Credit Card button because it asked me to key in my billing zip code. I told her it's wrong and her bad attitude was, just key in the billing zip code. Of course it got declined!!! Then, she tried again and finally got it right. By the time we finished, I was so upset that I just grabbed my pizza and left. Didn't even look at her. This message is for the franchise owner... If you want your investment to be profitable, look at what kind of people you are hiring. There are so many negative reviews in this location. I have been patronizing this location since it opened, always pickup and at lunch time, so I didn't encounter all those late delivery issues. This so-called female manager had really crossed the line and now I'm reluctant to go back as long as she's still employed there. BTW, if you want to complain, call Corporate, area code is 734. Calling the 800# is useless.

I can not tell the difference between regular hand tossed, (which is not hand tossed) and NY Style. The online ordering automatically takes me to this location, even though Polly Drummond Hill is closer and used to deliver until Hockessin opened. For some reason it was better, even though Domino's pizza is rated as emergency food
