Usually the service here is good. Today I did a mobile order as usual. I ordered coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Never have I been to a Dunkin Donuts and was given a knife and packet of cream cheese to put on my bagel myself. Most people that do mobile orders are driving somewhere like work and need to quickly grab their coffee and food, as was the case with me. This is not acceptable

Very small Dunkin! Employees were friendly! Their restroom was filthy! TP all over, pee & poo on the seat! It was terrible! Told the employee & he said he was already told. Clearly he made no effort to clean it or even put an out of service sign on it. Yes, it was that disgusting!
They don’t honor the Veterans Day deal that literally ever. Single. Other. Store honors because of the corporate rule they have.
When I asked them about it they looked at me disgusted and they finally gave in and provided me a free donut.
When I walked out of the store I spiked it to the ground because these people can screw off. I don’t want your donut with that attitude.

A cute small-town feeling Dunkin'. The staff were polite and the coffee good. There is a smaller selection of donuts available and limited supply as this is a small store, so don't expect to be able to walk in and get two dozen.

Came in an hour and 10 min til closing. Waited 5 min. Ordered a wake up wrap and was told that all machines were turned off and cleaned so I couldn’t order food. Pretty sure I should be able to order from a business if it’s open.

The worst service. Order through the app. Tried to explain to them that they swapped the orders. They try to make it seem like it was your mistake. I’ve gone to this location a few times because my wife enjoys the coffee when they have a special. It’s the same poor service from the same 3 people.
