The worst service. Order through the app. Tried to explain to them that they swapped the orders. They try to make it seem like it was your mistake. I’ve gone to this location a few times because my wife enjoys the coffee when they have a special. It’s the same poor service from the same 3 people.

This is the absolute worst DD franchise. Their food is almost always old and stale, we’ve gotten out of date items, and when we get delivery, it’s ALWAYS missing items. Nobody there cares and it never has gotten better. It drives me insane.

I missed breakfast this morning, so after my pedicure, I popped in to this Dunkin across the street from the nail salon. They had a very limited selection to choose from. I picked up half a dozen and was disappointed because every single donut tasted like they were a day old.

Only willing to make bagel sandwiches with plain previously frozen bagels. Will not make breakfast sandwich with desired bagel. Non-frozen bagels not willing to use for bagel sandwich.

Worst service ever. I am a veteran. The national Dunkin’ Donuts office is offering one free donut for veterans on Veterans Day. I came in today (11/11/22) and asked for a donut and showed my military ID. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A COFFEE TO GET THE FREE DONUT. That literally isn’t a part of the offer. When I showed the lady at the counter the website from the Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office she finally relented and basically threw a donut at my face.Screw off lady. You people are genuinely terrible human beings with dark souls.My family are also immigrants from India. If you don’t respect the culture of America, go the hell back. We don’t want you here.
