The food is top notch, very authentic. The service is friendly and fast. Very relaxed and homey atmosphere that is hard to fake. Portions are generous and the prices are beyond reasonable. Eat in or order out, you can't go wrong. Easily one of the best in the area. This time I ordered the chimichanga and I did not regret it. Try the ceviche with shrimp! I also love their horchata. Oh.. And beware the lovely garnish serrano pepper if you can't handle spice.

Taco Tuesday is popular for half price tacos, but half price chicken fajitas on Thursday are my favorite. The $3 Margaritas are very popular on both days. In some restaurants you can't even get a soda for $3. I prefer the $10 Mojitos (served in a jar with real crushed mint). A little bit pricey for the Mojitos, but worth the price. Especially when the chicken fajitas were only half price. The service is friendly. Skip the chain restaurant clones and try a genuine a genuine place where the locals eat.Vegetarian options: I didn't try the vegetarian options, but half price Taco Tuesday and Fajita Thursday have vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of free parking in parking lot shared with Rita's, a dry cleaner and a pizza place.

Love this place! Friendly service , great margaritas! We usually get the fajitas and enchiladas. Portions a little on the small side but always tastes excellent. Drink prices very reasonable.

Everything we've tried was good..but we always got take out..My son and a friend went there yesterday..No one was in restaurant, waitress was busy rolling utensils and didn't acknowledge them for a bit..Floor was sticky as well as the table, the menu had salsa in itThere were ants all over, one bit his friend.. flies all overAsked for utensils never got them or straws.. his chicken was so pounded out, it was paper thin and had to spread the mayo with a French fry on his sandwichThere was something floating in the tea, which they saw towards the bottomThe flan was hard..I was mortified for them, being we said the food was good and the first and last time we all will ever go there again!!

Food is alright, but drinks are the best. If the restaurant is busy, the kitchen falls behind and lacks consistency in food preparation. For some reason, the waitresses forget to pass out eating utensils, and this has happened several times. You get your plate, then you have to ask for utensils and then pray they remember to bring them.

The food is spectacular! We're ordering just about every Tuesday since December. Taco Tuesday is the real deal. Chicken tacos, YUM. I don't eat pork, but I tasted a little piece, SO DELICIOUS! I don't drink, but have heard the passion fruit margaritas are "da bomb". I really don't want to give comments because people are going to flock there!!! Tuesday is the new Friday. Look forward to going every week!Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere. Cute little statutes for kids to look at. No loud, obnoxious people. Very nice and welcoming.

Get the window tacos! 3 for $5 on Tuesday. Tacos come with onion & cilantro unless you ask for the Americanized version (cheese and sour cream).

Finding this place is not easy; it's in a strip of a building perpendicular to a busy road, just past a garden center and an intersection with an oblique right turn lane. Google Maps gives up abruptly so, you miss it the first time, and have to come around. When you locate the restaurant, you have to drive to the end of a long slot of parking spaces. But the quest is amply rewarded. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Families trickle in at all hours and almost all the guests are from Mexico or other Latin American places, which is a positive sign. Appetizer chips are abundant and the salsa comes with a separate, small cup of extra hot sauce that will strip the barnacles off your tongue if you try it. The food is excellent -- the steak is large, the cochinita pibil is expertly simmered and comes with a few slices of habaneros, the tacos, burritos, and chimichangas are enormous. Service is efficient, friendly, and kind. A very good mariachi band plays on Fridays. You're immersed in the ambience of a close-to-authentic cantina where you can eat unhurriedly. The prices are slightly on the low side for such good food and atmosphere.
