Burgers melt in my mouth without chewing. I enjoy chewing my food. It feels like I ordered a geriatric burger because I don’t have teeth… Why do these burgers just melt with saliva and no chewing.

Great experience. Took longer to get there so was expecting the fries to be cold (totally on me) when I arrived they let me know the fries would be right out and were hot and fresh! Extremely happy with the service this location did amazing!

I don’t write reviews often, but Consepcion V had incredible energy. He was friendly, helpful, and asked clarifying questions when we placed our order to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, kudos to your entire staff!!

Ordered here for pickup, burgers and regular fries as I always do. Today, 2025 January 9th, I was given the fries as pictured. Now if you’re someone who at least has had fries with Five Guys in the past, you know to expect they always put a lot of extra fries in the bag, not like this travesty! What happened, Five Guys Lantana???! Are all Five Guys like this now?? If so, it’s a shame, and there won’t be a next time for me. Shake Shack it is from hereon! #FiveGuys

Got food delivered through door dash. One of the burgers had a dead bug in it. Disgusting, but it happens. So I called to let them know (I wasn't looking for anything except to tell them). When the manager got on the phone I explained it. The response was basically there's no way it was our fault, it was probably because of door dash as we have no bugs in our restaurant. The burgers were all wrapped up and the bag was closed and sealed with stickers so I find that unlikely. The manager was extremely defensive and asked for pictures which I don't have. Again not looking for anything out of this. Having once managed a restaurant, I found this to be the worst possible response from a manager for something like this. I will never ever order from a five guys again.
Dear Five Guys: please do a better job training your managers at dealing with less than happy customers. You've now lost a previously regular customer for life.

We ordered via Door dash. Our order was dropped off and was on our porch for about 15 seconds before we grabbed it. Halfway through one of our burgers we discovered a dead bug in it. We called the store to inform them and they tried to blame it on the order being left on our porch. We again explained the bug was found inside the wrapped burger and could not have possibly come from being on the porch. The person we spoke with said "well we are a clean store and don't have bugs here." We will definitely not eat here again.

Good quality food, but extremely overpriced. It's $20 for a burger and fries. They seem to always have new employees. One employee was making rude comments about a customer. And they expect a tip for paying for the overpriced food like they did extra work handing out the bag for a takeout order. And there is plenty of parking since this location is usually empty.
Parking: Plenty of parking. It is a shared lot, but the businesses are either half empty or struggling in this section of the center.

The bacon was completely burnt black. At least the food came out fast which is a change. For almost a twenty dollar meal you would think the food would be better quality. The fries they give you seem to be less and less each time you go.

The food was really good, better than I expected honestly. I got takeout and they made the fries fresh as soon as I got there to pick it up. I will say very expensive like unnecessarily expensive. Good but not worth the money good.
