Came in to order some burgers, fries & shakes to take home. Waited over 30 mins at 9pm on a Tuesday night for my order. Had 2 people working. Food was ready then had to wait another 30 mins on the two shakes. The one shake must’ve been sitting there done for a lot longer than the other because it was as runny as water. Live 5 mins away. $50 for two people absolutely wasted on cold food and undrinkable shakes. Also, only wanted pickles on my burger, had pickles and lettuce so it was trashed with the shake and freezing fries.

Five guys is my favorite burger period, fast food or not. It might be a little expensive, but it's worth it. The cheese has such a good flavor and the patty melts in your mouth.

Came in 20 minutes before close for a couple of burgers and a fry. Food was delicious and the folks were amazing! Everyone was having a great time and they were super excited when we thanked them for a wonderful meal ?

Burgers were delicious as usual. The service was great and the restaurant clean. This is a simple equation, good product, good service, clean restaurant, I'm not sure why so many places get it wrong. Five guys gets it right. ✌️
I ordered by phone. Waited the 15 min I was told. Got there, waited another 20 min. Finally got my order home, and it was wrong. I called them, explained the problem, and was told it would be made again. They refunded the 2 burger mistakes, but in the meantime, I missed most of the game I was watching. They seemed to be out of sync on the line. Not the usual & I appreciate the refund. Check your order really well before leaving.
