This is truly a wonderful family restaurant. The pasta is the best, the sauce excellent, the quantities generous. So is the owner, a very nice, unpretentious funny guy who cares about his guests and what he feeds them. Everything on the menu looks scrumptious. Highly recommended.

APPRECIATION POST:All day today I have been having a craving for a delicious dish, but couldn't pin point what I wanted exactly. I looked through sooo many menus and nothing really appealed to me. Then I remembered Luigi's in Hockessin and quickly called them to see if they could make me a small portion of their shrimp penne Alfredo and boy was it delicious! An added bonus, the manager Jake was so friendly (and funny) accommodating all my requests. Soooo if you're looking to not cook tonight and want a fantastic meal, give Luigi's a try! (I'm not affiliated with them, just a carb loving fan here! ?)

Ok the good. Decently priced, cute quaint little place. Now the ehhh… Frozen Mozzarella Sticks that you could get at Walmart are my pet peeve when doing Italian, blasphemous!!! The cheeseburger sub was light with no seasoning, this is a reoccurring theme. Marinara was ok but needed salt. The stuffed cheesesteak pizza looked amazing & flavor wise was sooo close to being good, however a lack of seasoning (salt, pepper), minimal steak left me slightly disappointed. Boxes piled floor to ceiling, the dude touched my pizza raw handed after handling a guest check presenter was also not appealing either.Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids, it is a tight space.

Finally! Great pizza near Kennett Square!!!! The owner has to be from New York because this is goooood pizza. I've gotten all types of pizza there, and it's all very good. Try grandma's pie. It actually tastes better than my grandma's pie. Don't get FOMO! Check it out!
If you like Mom & Pop shops, this place is a must. Nice Italian food with great personality. If you’re lucky to catch the owner, his charm alone makes the place worth the visit. You instantly get a feeling of family and feel for the value of long-term patrons. Don’t let that fool you, the food is great and you will be back.

I bought a slice of cheese cake as takeout along with dinner. Left it in my fridge and it was moldy in 3 days. I have doubts how old it was to begin with if it went moldy so soon.

I don't review pizza places often because even bad pizza is edible and the best places come a dime a dozen. However I stopped at this place on my way home and got two single slices. The crust definitely sets itself apart from other pizza joints. Very good pizza, nice people working there, a typical environment for a pizza parlor, what more can you ask? 5 stars ?

Overall the food is good. Biggest issue we have had is with our online food orders. The kitchen doesn’t pay attention. Double meatball calzone had 6 little pieces in it..

Excellent food! Ordered 3 or 4 times now and it has been consistently delish! Had to wait quite a bit to pick up though. They were super busy with a line out the door…I might add that every other pizza place in the area sucks so it makes sense that they would be that busy!
