New Dragon Chinese Restaurant

I tried to order from here. My usual place was closed. I requested no MSG. Once they received the order they called very angry and yelled they will not make my order. Cancel and order somewhere else. Wow. Will do.

Tonight they screwed up my order! So disappointing to get home, open package and 😢

My wife and I lost our Chinese takeout restaurant which recently closed so we were forced to find a new place. We recently ordered our food from New Dragon. I waited until I ordered food at least five or six times before leaving this review. I can say that New Dragon has very good food, it's consistent in appearance and taste, and each time we got it, the portions were very generous. We order the pepper steak, chicken & broccoli, spare ribs, Wonton soup, steamed dumplings, roast pork fried rice, and roast pork lo mein , and all the dishes were very good. Their spare ribs are excellent quality with more meat and little fat and they're covered in a delicious sauce. The people who serve you are very nice and you can see into the kitchen where the food is prepared and we found the kitchen to pretty neat and clean. I can recommend New Dragon.

General Tso's white meat chicken was tuff and rubbery. Not sure it was even chicken.

Food is good, have come here multiple times. Unless you request not to; they’ll call you multiple times if you’re not there the second it’s in the box. Today I stopped by and got yelled at by their Teenage Cashier for their keypad not working correctly. Could look past the multiple calls, but this type of “Service” is unacceptable

This restaurant used to have dine-in seating, but no longer. The tables are all used for storage. So it's a little dumpy looking when you enter. It's now pretty much just take-out. So that's how I'm judging it. As far as the food goes, it's decent for a take-out place. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but that's OK. Sometimes you just want some basic noodles or fried rice, and this place does that well. Prices are reasonable and flavors are good. This is an authentic Chinese place, unlike some other places around here that pose as Chinese food.

New Dragon is our go to for Chinese food. They are consistent and the food tastes great.

Amazing food at a good price. There are tables to eat in, but this is 90% take out.

Excellent Quality & Value
If you're looking for excellent Chinese food to go at a good value then this is the place. There are slightly (only slightly) cheaper places in the neighborhood, but not at the same quality level. The service is quick and friendly. I've visited many times over the years and the ownership has not changed. The orange chicken and the steamed dumplings are especially recommended.

Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegetables, Fish, Shellfish offerings… including soup, appetizers and entrees.
