New Dragon is takeout only since the COVID era. Their food is the best in the Hockessin area. It's the only place that will make the food as spicy as I want. Other places dumb it down because most don't like really spicy food as we do. New Dragon is worth the trip up the hill.

I love the dishes at New Dragon! My go-to order is Moo Shoo pork (sheikh is nice with some spice added) and some spring rolls. The order is always ready and the transactions are straightforward and no—nonsense. It’s not really done in so the atmosphere only needs to be clean and efficient, and it is.

Bottom of the barrel Americanized Chinese fast food with sugary sauces. Eat a lot and feel gross. The American dream.
The garlic chicken was very good, but the Kung po chicken and the chicken with cashew nuts were terrible. The chicken was breaded. I've never had breaded chicken in these two dishes before, and I don't want it again.
