Great takeout (square) pizzas for a party - staff was super helpful over the phone when I placed the order and offered to do double cuts (feeding small children). Pizza was hot and tasty and ready in the morning as promised!

I see why there are several low ratings here. The owner (older, white guy with a foreign accent) is aggressive and acts as though he is hardheaded. It is his ego.I have picked up a few orders here and was not going to come back, gave it another try, and will not be returning.The owner comes across as if he is jealous of polite, confident people. I walked in, greeted him, and gave the order number. He acted like he did not hear me, and I verified it again. Then he asked again, and I mentioned the name… then he said there was no name shown and made me confirm the address…. Huh? He’s seen me in there before. Then when I confirmed, he had to get the last word and say something about the address in the GPS. No other employee has ever done this.I remember him talking to one of his employees in a similar way. It was a young, white, male with longer curly, blonde hair. The owner said, “Make sure you…”, and the employee said, “I know”. The context was the owner getting the last word. It may be confusing to understand what the problem is just by my words on this review.The tall, younger (40s), white male employee is very attentive and courteous.

There must be new ownership. The food is inferior and the service is bland. Never saw a chicken cheese steak before that came with lumps of chicken instead of shredded or a meatball sandwich with four tiny meatballs in a regular hoagie roll. And I do mean tiny. And they want 4% if you don't pay cash. This is very disappointing. Not even going to roll the dice for a pizza. Miss the old crew and the old food. Pat's is no longer a Hockessin food option for us.

This Pats has friendly workers and also has some of the best fries offered at Pats. Highly recommend the buffalo garlic chicken wrap. Great food.

Great customer service from Mat today! Food was amazing, hot, and even came with a perfectly warm side of marinara for my mozzarella sticks like wow! I hardly can get a side of warm sauce anywhere. Food was really good and perfectly cook to be fried.
