Food was very delicious. We were happy to be put in side room as the rest of restaurant was a little noisy.
Cabernet offered by the glass was nice, brussel sprout appetizer was mediocre. Our $40 6 oz filets were good but not incredible, one was a temp above requested. Guess we should have added a $6 sauce for more flavor. Service was friendly but a bit inattentive, had to ask for bread, water refills, plates to be cleared. Expected more for over $200 including tip with one drink each, sharing one app and one dessert.
Steaks were made to perfection!!! Exactly how we ordered. Cocktails at the bar were good too. Definitely going back !!
This is one of our favorite burger restaurants until the last three visits. My husband and I are usually in and out of here on burger night in 45 minutes or so regardless of how many others are in the restaurant. Last night it was 90 minutes. We had made a reservation and were seated quickly. Our waitress 'B' came to our table within 5-7 minutes. She filled our water glasses as our only drink and took our order. No bread was brought to the table even though we saw other tables receiving theirs. The salads we ordered to come out first took about 20 minutes. After that, we sat another 35 minutes waiting for our hamburgers to arrive. 'B' did not come back during that time to let us know that she'd checked on our dinners or to fill our water glasses. We did finally flag her down and asked her for more water. I also asked if we could have some bread which she promptly brought. When an acceptable amount of time had passes without our dinner, and B had not been back again, we stopped a manager to ask if she'd mind checking on our dinners. 10 minutes later the manager brought our dinners. I'd ordered mine medium well and it came out medium rare and luke warm. At this point I didn't care and started eating. The manager came back to check and I let her know the situation. She did offer to take it back and have another made but I'd already eaten half of it and didn't want to wait again. She also said the kitchen got backed up because of so many people. B finally came by to check on us. We had to ask her again to fill our empty water glasses and I showed her the half eaten burger that was not done. She said she was sorry and also offered to replace it. This was not an option at this point. We've been coming here for a long time and usually never have any issues with either the food or service and have let the staff and mangers know how happy we were with all of it. The past three times food has been undercooked. I'm not sure we'll be back again.
This restaurant did not at all meet expectations. Did not see the value in taste, service or portion size. The quality of ingredients was not good. You'd be better off not offering dinner rolls at all.
Steak and steak eggrolls were very overcooked . Salad was saturated with too much dressing
Redfire Grill is my "go-to" for a good steak, and they didn't disappoint. I had the new york strip cooked "medium" to perfection. My wife enjoyed her petite filet. Our server, Brittany, was a sweetheart. Very attentive. We were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary and this was the perfect place. I had hoped to get a small complimentary cake to celebrate and was pleasantly surprised. One of the managers, Erica, actually called me earlier in the day and said although it isn't customary my request, she would honor it with a molten lava cake! Now that's first class service at its best!!
Overall experience was so great. The service was awesome. The manager even stops by tables to check on you —so first class— food was great. Can't wait to go back
Four of us had dinner together at Red Fire on Friday night. Noise level was quite high, as expected. We had a reservation through Open Table and were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but not right away. Server was very nice and helpful. Food was delivered correctly and as ordered. Two of us ordered fish and chips and found the fish to be excellent but the chips (fries) a little too salty. Two had sandwiches. Red Fire burger was generous in size and cooked as ordered, really enjoyed it, but should have taken about half home. Tenderloin sandwich was also enjoyed and she did take half home. Sweet potato fries were good but perhaps could have used less salt as well. Could come back at a time when we expect less noise.
It was awesome! We had never heard of Redfire Grill, but will definitely be going back. Everything we ordered was great, and our waiter (Ryan) was on top of everything including recommendations.

Always good - will go back. But.... I ordered the "soup" special. "Black Bean" soup. When it arrived, it was "Chili." No bones about it - ask 100 people in the restaurant and 100 people would say it was "Chili." Not my first time ordering "Black Bean" soup. I was served "Chili." Mentioned it to the waiter, he insisted it was "Black Bean" soup. I told him to tell the chef it was "Chili." Waiter wasn't budging. He insisted it was "Black Bean" soup. Here's where I will leave it.... either the chef at Redfire Grill Steakhouse makes the worst "Black Bean" soup in America, or.... they served me "Chili."
Very long wait time in spite of reservation. Steak and wine great. Appeared to be short on servers.
We had a wonderful meal. Our food was delicious and the Apple crumble cheesecake dessert was superb. Our waiter was attentive and kind. We will certainly return again.
Food good. The salmon entree was so small it was smaller than any meal I've had ever. That's 500+ as it was a 3 oz portion and looked so small on the plate. It wasn't even a salad top portion. Someone screwed up. I was embarrassed to say anything as I was with business guests.
My negroni was watered down because it took SO LONG to be served that the ice melted in the shaker. I barely drank it because I was so annoyed. Nobody asked why . Food was fine.
