Gave Rita’s a try today and it is AWESOME! Amazing Italian Ice and Custard (had booth - whoops). Would have given a five star review but I couldn’t leave a tip with my credit card.

Ironically, I just read another review that echoed my own frustration at this Rita’s. A few weeks ago, I brought my daughter’s softball team for a postgame treat and was shocked to learn that an option to tip with a credit card doesn’t exist. Glad to know I’m not the only person who thinks this is a bad idea. After receiving such great service, I was embarrassed when I couldn’t leave a tip and had to apologize to the nice girl who gave us such great service. C’mon...

Better tasting than some other Rita's even though they should all be the same if follow corporate guidelines. I like that traditional flavors are always in stock such as chocolate, root beer, cherry, lemon, etc. I pass 2 other Rita's to go there.
