First time here, but I’ll definitely be back again. Everything was delicious and the tortillas are handmade; you can tell as soon as you take your first bite. The aguas frescas were yummy, and my husband really enjoyed the horchata! Staff were also very nice. It’s a small family biz and they seem to be figuring things out so I agree with a different review where it’s best to have some patience/understanding with them. Hopefully they’re able to get more business. ?

Best true authentic Mexican food in hockessin. If you want a true taste of Mexican food this is the spot. They are always short help so patience is important but definitely worth it. Tortillas are hand made daily not store bought like the surrounding restaurants.

10/10 food and people

This is my second visit. Atmosphere is simple, but food and service are amazing. Ms. Carmen makes you feel at home and cooks like my mamá. If she has the ingredients, she lets you create something off the menu. I had chilaquiles with chorizo and nopal, perfection. The tortillas are freshly handmade. My husband enjoyed his menudo soup and two tacos. My girls ate all their ham omelette and beans. I am repeating this: delicious freshly made tortillas!

The food was amazing… muy bien.The only concern was we arrived after the designated time for pick-up and it was a good while before we were greeted and the food was ready… about 30 minutes. I understand this a small, new and upcoming business, so simply growing pain. They’re still figuring it out and have a great start.No hard feelings and we will be back.

Pretty annoyed. Wanted to try this place for lunch based on the good reviews. Ordered 3 pastor tacos y una quesadilla con carne asada both with harina tortillas. Sat down to wait. And wait. And wait. They weren’t busy at all inside the restaurant, nobody else was having table service. 20 minutes later I nicely ask if our order is ready. The girl looks confused and tells me they had some phone orders. Ok but we are here too and it’s a small order. But whatever. She goes to the back and then comes back out to take our order again. I repeat it back to her. Another 10 minutes go by and finally we get our food to go. Get home and my order is wrong (maiz not harina), the quesadilla that was supposed to have everything on it just had cheese, and the meat is pretty bland. It all went in the trash. Waste of money and time and I won’t be back. Good luck to them.

loved this place! es mi primera vez aquí pero me encanto!! 10/10 would recommend. i met the owner yesterday while i was at work and she told me about a restaurant she had just opened up. so i took the chance, went and fell inlove. very affordable and service is great.
