Food is hit or miss. Chicken sandwhich is tenders on a bun (odd) the guy at the register will awkwardly stare into your soul as you browse the menu, and then insist he can help whoever is next as if me standing away from the counter and squinting at the menu wasn’t a big enough hint that I’m not ready

My daughter and her husband love this place. So I thought I would stop and try the coffee and it was really good!

Employees were really friendly and helpful, food is delicious and great prices. The home fries were made perfect, I think this is a new way I like them to be made. Not super busy/loud when my fiance and I went. Just a peaceful breakfast. 😋

This is a great coffee place. It also serves food, but I only had a dessert, which was good by the way. Both hot coffee and iced coffee were delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Other friends said the breakfast was fantastic. Give it a try.
I'm from out of town, so I don't know what other people may say.

So laid back and relaxed. This is a great place to meet for breakfast or lunch and hang out and talk. The food is great and the staff are so kind. I highly recommend!

Got the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and pickles. Ordered extra hot sauce. Came with two chicken tenders (instead of a breast), far from crispy, and a lack of hot sauce. Do not recommend. For a great hot chicken sandwich go to Babs or Hangry Joe's.

I was freaking close to seeing them all. The Well is one of the finest establishments that I have eaten at in a while. Not only does it offer a diverse menu of barbecue and coffee selections, but it is run by very capable, friendly and amazing people. It has a really great atmosphere, and I would recommend checking it out to try one of the best barbecues in Delaware. Please come to the well and eat some brisket.

My husband and I just went there for the first time today. The food was awesome! They were so quick with our food I assumed the lady was delivering someone else's food. Will go back.

Really neat coffee shop and marketplace in Delaware. The cold brew coffee was bold with good crisp flavor. Definitely recommend their chicken salad, it was absolutely loaded with fresh chicken and very flavorful. Plenty of seating inside and friendly staff.
