We order from this restaurant several times a week. It’s unfortunate, the food is good. The problem is with the young man that answers the phone. It takes 3 to 4 times to run your credit card through, he usually says your card is declined. Let’s mention the orders. The same young man just can’t get it correct. There is always something missing or wrong. Tonight’s example, two cheeseburgers, bag of chips and cheese cake. We got the burgers, incorrect condiments and a slice of cheese pizza.

It’s been a while but ordered cheesesteaks, buffalo chicken cheesesteaks and wings. We normally order pizza but tried something different. Wings were good. Cheesesteak was good. Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks did not have any buffalo sauce.

Ordered delivery gave the guy a 20 percent tip and he said keep it you need it more than me . Can you imagine !!!! Now they will not deliver to us . This is not fine dining I think a 20 percent tip is appropriate. If you want delivery I suggest to give at least a 40 percent tip to get future delivery.
I have always loved this place, and don’t want to be negative, but bro, garlic knots used to be the size of Hawaiian rolls….. and for $0.25 each
