I am so over this place. There is always a problem when I go there. The workers don’t know what there doing, and they get an attitude with you when your right and they are wrong. Disgusting how they treat people. The food is good but the workers are terrible!!!!

This Burger King probably has a 3.3 rating because it's the only major fast food restaurant in the area. The only other competitor is at Hardee's that takes absolutely forever to get food from. So out of by default most people go here because they are somewhat quick with orders. But my complaint is that they never have any specials and if specials are listed on their menu, they often tell customers that they don't have it anymore, although it's advertised and listed on the menu.

I love Burger King, but management is too many Hispanics who don’t speak the language wrong. I am not sure how I order a spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets come at your own risk.

Whatever the orange color salty stuff put on fries is awful I have high Blood Pressure and don't need salt!! I don't think you should salt unless requested,then the fries were looking like been around awhile and reheated! Our meal was $26.46 to have to toss away fries!!!

I just got the impossible burger with cheese....let me tell you... it was hot n crispy.. hands down best burger from Burger King! Kudos to your burger chef!!!!!! 4/28/24 4:40pm..everything was hot n fresh!!!! Appreciate that very much!!!!!

I will NEVER return to this location.My TEN year old, is learning how to manage ordering and receiving her own food. And she’s been so excited to do so. Except tonight, upon entering Laurel BK- she ordered, no problem- they made her drinks… then for some reason told her they didn’t have them and offered frozen coke (which is a lesser valued item) she took the frozen coke and was obviously bummed out over it. So, I went back in and I asked them very nicely, first of all to correct the problem.She asks for a receipt even though you know we were legit just there and you could’ve saved time and re-printed it. My daughter runs back to the car and grabs it.When she comes back in, I’m explaining the correct way to my TEN year old CHILD how to appropriately deal with situations such as this. She wants to very rudely say ā€œwell, she asked her if she wanted the cokeā€¦ā€ while rolling her eyes. I’m like hold up, wait a minute, she is TEN YEARS OLD! I’m explaining to her how to deal with situations such as this, she should under no circumstances be paying for something she did not order nor does she want; especially shouldn’t be accepting something that’s a lesser value than what she paid for.She hands me the cash refund. Attitude still evident. I’m like even children need the chance to learn!No. Check yourself or get out of customer service!
