My uncle who is a 77 yr old veteran and a retired police officer ordered on your app. When he got there the other was not ready because it never went thru on your end. The employees were VERY rude to him and told him to leave. That is not the kind of customer service that should be happening. These kids should be fired. I have managed many good service locations and I am appalled of the lack of professionalism shown.
