The service was horrible.They didn't have any hamburger buns for the burgers.The boy making my food told me before he started making my food that he was making my burger fresh, but the cheese wasn't melted ? so I know that was a lie.The girl that took my order didn't say anything about them not having the buns for the burgers.I ordered number 1, which was the famous star, but I received the Frisco burger. Now, if I wanted the Frisco burger, I would have ordered that, but I didn't.I went back to get my money back, and the boy that was making my food came up front, so I asked him why do I have a Frisco burger? What y'all don't have the regular buns? He said No, so then I asked him why is my cheese not melted if you made my burger fresh? And he said he didn't know and walked away.The manager was SOO UNPROFESSIONAL, He was helping someone else in the drive-thru so I waited, I know he seen me standing there, he was about to go in the back and I called him over and automatically he got defensive with me because y'all messed up my order and I wanted my money back, so because I didn't have the whole meal with me, he said that he needed the fries and drink in order to give me my money back, so I did. When I got back with the fries and the drink he disappeared for 10 minutes knowing that I was coming back, so I waited, he finally popped his head up front to see if I was back, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't need the fries and drink because it was already contaminated, i said i knew you didn't need it but you swore up and down that I needed it in order to get my money back, then he said that I could only get the money for the sandwich even after I brought the whole meal back.It's not my fault your employee's don't have any customer service experience or skills, and not letting their customers know that they were out of buns.Get it together, Hardee's! Because as high as your food is, y'all don't have to do people like that ?If I could give it zero stars I would!

Love this place the dinner service is the best great workers p and donte make great food and have great customer serviceKid-friendliness: Kis friendly just wish it had a play place for the children
Ordered breakfast through the drive thru. The employee told us it would be 5 mins and to please pull forward. While we are waiting we see the same employee walk out of the restaurant, into her car, and drive away. 20 minutes later we are still waiting, so my husband goes inside. There is no employee, and he can see our food sitting in the fryer basket. Five minutes later, the employee walks back into the restaurant. We ended up requesting a refund and leaving as our food is now cold. We will not be returning to this location.
They were out of FFs, the milkshakes were more like glasses of flavored milk I had stopped going because of the poor food quality a while back. I will not be returning. Somehow my bill was $27. For 3 shakes, 1 sm drink 1 3piece & 1 5piece chic tenders again no FFs.

The worst hardies on the Eastern shore! Order a sausage egg and cheese, they gave me scrapple biscuit with no egg or cheese. I ordered a breakfast burrito and got a Frisco breakfast sandwich. To top it all they gave me fries instead of hash browns. And I waited 25 minutes. Get you're s### together! I will not be returning and all of you in the area just go to Burger King!

What's wrong with the loaded omelette anymore this is 3 times now I've gotten the loaded omelette and it's barely had 6 tiny flecks of meat in it ....not what they used to be that's for sure....guess I'll start going elsewhere .
