The place is very clean. The help is friendly, and the food is excellent. Will definitely be going back again. The only thing was I wanted the Monte Cristo, but they had no raspberry dipping sauce. I WAS THERE ON 8/20/25 AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE CLOSING ON 8/31/25. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS. THEY ARE BEING BOUGHT BY SOMEONE ELSE AND NOW STAFF ARE OUT OF JOBS!

Went for breakfast today and waited approx. 20 mins for the worst food ever. Sausage tasted like old dog. Pancakes tasted like they were microwaved. Nothing fresh about the meal. Was very disappointed.

The menu was not what I was expecting from Britt's. It's been quite a few years since I've eaten there. But, when I ate there before they had their fire the food was great. They had a lot of home cooked meals, comfort food on the menu. Not so much anymore. I definitely won't be going back. Too much was wrong with this experience to go into detail. Suffice it to say, it was lacking.

We have been here 3 times since they reopened. All 3 times we have been very disappointed. We used to go here regularly. We will not be back!!!
