I haven't been there in years but it was a very positive experience. All Staff was extremely polite and patient. I hope to go back someday. I grew up in Laurel and was saddened to see the old restaurant burnt down. Best wishes to entire Staff. God Bless. I went with my two Daughters and Grandson.

We go to Britt’s all the time but I was really disappointed today. My husband and I went out for breakfast this morning 2/15 and it was not packed at all took 20 minutes to get our coffee and then our waitress was at the counter crying took 30 minutes to get our breakfast I asked for no hashbrowns but got them never got refill on coffee and then when we got our check finally she apologized for giving us the worst service ever 😮

a group of 3 of us went for lunch. 1 order was under cooked, the other 2 weren't really good or bad. the 2 servers looked and acted like they may have been on some drugs. they were also greasy/dirty looking. Maybe it shouldn't, but that bothers me when they are the ones bringing my food and drinks. they were friendly.

I was wondering if anybody in this town knew how to make a good ground beef hamburger, i guess not We ordered two take out last night From Britt's , and what we got was two Frozen out of the box and on to the grill, two tasteless angus burgers which I could have bought from any supermarket. Very very disappointed, i will think twice again when somebody says Brits.
