I’ve been going to this place for a long time now and recently been having horrible experiences. About a month ago, I placed an order online and when I arrived, I didn’t have everything I wanted. I called to let them know and the disrespect started immediately. I was told I never placed an order and that they never got it but I had the food with the receipt. I was gaslight and insulted until I asked to speak with a manager. Which then a man comes on the phone and told me verbatim “watch what happens if you come back up here.” All this because THEY messed up. I left a review when the initial incident happened and Caira reached out to me and she was sweet and resolved it so in exchange I deleted the review.
Now, I’m back again bevause unfortunately I gave them another chance and I regret it. I got their Birria tacos and guacamole. The guacamole was already brown, unseasoned and disgusting. The Birria was crunchy, hard, dry, with barely any cheese. When I got there to get my order, the worker was rude and said that it wasn’t my order despite me showing her my name and order confirmation.
This place has potential! If they add more seasoning and make the meat less dry but the customer service will be the actual downfall of this restaurant.

I always have great authentic tacos, tasty specialty margaritas or themed cocktails. Definitely one of my favorite authentic Mexican restaurants on the shore.
On the 8th of this month, as a first time customer dining in at this place, I was recommended by a friend. The service was good, with no complaints except for the waitress’s unfriendly demeanor as we were leaving. The food arrived and I had ordered Tacos De Birria. The taste was great, but the meat was off. After leaving the restaurant, I developed a fever and a severe allergic reaction. My medication wasn’t effective, so I had to go to the nearest Bebe Hospital. I carefully read the menu, considering myself a picky eater, but I didn’t notice anything that could have caused me to end up in the hospital.

I'll be honest, today was my 3rd time being there and will be my last due to the service. I used to work in a restaurant before so I know how busy it gets. I did not mind the wait but the fact that they handed my husband a plate that was given to some lady that touched the food was unacceptable. We saw how they handed her the grilled chix quisadilla with the salad on the side. 15 mins later the same plate the lady touch was handed my husband; the worst part my husband did not order salad on the side and the food was cold😐😐 the audacity. P.s unorganized staff, if I were the owner, I would of had section for the waiter but that is just me.
