So where do I begin yesterday I was there with my daughter and other half he went to go pick up ice while we got Starbucks. We were the only ones online waiting at the counter. Two employees behind the counter and one stand almost next to us on the waistline side, so three employees. We waited several minutes and no one even acknowledged us. So I made a comment that the phone must be more important than a customer.
One employee behind the counter was helping a previous customer with drinks while the other one was on her phone, and the one next to us was moving stuff around upfront by the display food. Still no one helped us. After several more minutes waiting. The employee who was with the display came to the register and asked what we wanted. At this time my other half showed up. We asked for a drink and a sandwich and asked for the cheese to be removed. We have had all Starbucks remove the cheese when we order this item. The lady was rude and my other half said if you can’t remove it let me before you heat it up. She then stated what is your problem. Well my issue is that one was one her phone not even acknowledging that we where there. Then to have this lady say to us what’s our problem. Was was to much. So I told my daughter we will get her food and drink from a different Starbucks and walked out. They may work for the store and not the Starbucks but don’t treat customers like that, and if the store sees this pull the cameras around 5pm on Aug 11. No help at all and then was treated badly and rudely I will never go back there.

I said good morning to the woman taking orders, she completely ignored me. Placed my order and she never said a word. Not hello, not thank you, totally rude. The barista didn’t fill my cup the whole way- it was a good 2-3 inches from the top. I complained to Starbucks about the service and I can’t get a response or a refund.

This Starbucks is inside the Giant foods grocery store. I'm not sure why, but the lattes I have had from here are particularly GOOD. White chocolate mocha (hot) is smooth and creamy without any acidity that you sometimes get from other stores. Other drinks like strawberry refreshers have been well made. Nice polite staff.

This place is very busy in summer however, the customer service and drinks are excellent.

This location never makes their drinks right and staff is rude. The only Starbucks where i’ve ever had an issue.

Kim has an issue having to ring up multiple items. This Starbucks always has an issue with that. Mind you I was the only one ordering at the time. Make it make sense with these people.

I love Starbucks but when I got the violet drink it was filled with with ice and had way to much coconut milk but I wasn't a total lost bc the frappuccino were great.

Love Starbucks! This location is great. The baristas are professional, helpful and extremely customer service oriented.
