Was a very nice small restaurant. Food was very good. Good portions, reasonable prices. Was only very hard to understand the server. But no ones fault. We will be back.

A little slice of flavor heaven. An oasis of yum. The gentleman that served us was friendly and helpful (the pineapple water was delicious!) Food was perfectly seasoned. 10/10

Authentic Mexican cuisine, firendly attentive service. We ordered stuffed peppers, seafood soup, and beef tongue empanadas (we eneded up having half of the soup and all empanadas packed to go - the servings are generous) - all excellent.

Remember how good your mom cooked; with love, care and created wonderful dishes? Apparently, that's how Rosicell Restaurante came into existence. Mom's food was so good she opened a restaurant. I've been a going there for a couple of years for takeout and it's always genuine and delicious. Make sure you check out the Chimichanga.... the best!
