A little earlier today I placed an order for shrimp & lobster sauce and shrimp lo Mein from my laptop. I added an additional 15 mi. to the suggested pickup time for a 1:45 pickup. When I arrived , not only was the order not ready, it hadn't even been started and the place was empty. I was then told that I should order from the menu instead of from the website. Later when I fixed my plate, I noticed that the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce had neither ground pork nor scallions in it, just as every recipe for the dish that I have ever seen includes. It has even been included in orders I had at that very restaurant before. I phoned the restaurant just to let them know my complaint and I was told that that the dish doesn't include either. I told the person with whom I spoke that I was calling to simply inform them of the mistake and had no intention the write a negative review, how the hostility & denial that I receive has cause me to worn others.

I came here for the first time while delivering to the Giant Food. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. I was greeted promptly. I decided to dine in. There is plenty of seating available. I was able to use the bathroom to wash my hands, the bathroom was clean. My Food came out fast and hot. The Jr. Waitress was very helpful and attentive.

We ordered over the phone for pick up. Ordering was quick and easy, they got our order correct and fulfilled my special request to add cream cheese to my California rolls. The place inside seemed very clean. The reason for the low starts is that the food here is just okay. The fried rice was really the best tasting thing we ordered. The noodles and sushi were meh average. We did not like the coconut shrimp sauce but my toddlers did. The orange chicken was not very good either. It all seemed fresh but the flavor is just not right. Honestly I don’t think this place even tastes as good as your average Chinese buffet and it costs more.

I ordered Thai Rice and chicken fried rice apart from the fact that the meal had no taste and not flavored enough, It became the worst chinese/Thai meal I have ever had. Too salty and dry - this is by far below par. You guys need to do much more better than this.

Ordered a quart of wonton soup along with egg rolls and lomein. When I got home it was a pint of wonton. The receipt said a quart. I called them and asked them to drop off another pint. They said I would have to drive back to the store to pick it up. I told them that was unacceptable. They offered me a refund on the soup, but then the boss said the only have one size and they would not issue a refund. This transaction issue took 7 phone calls and 40 minutes. They kept putting me on hold and hanging up. Do not purchase food from the dishonest restaurant. They are a disgrace.

Called prior to make sure they would be open the day of thanksgiving and the employee told me yes so I placed an online order and when I got there they were closed. Now have to wait 5-10 business days to just get my money back

We ordered mongolian beef, chicken and broccoli, Thai fried rice, and shrimp curry (yellow). All were superb. Beef, chicken, shrimp were plentiful, tender, and the shrimp were big. All quality vegetables (no celery). Sauces were spiced perfectly and weren't syrupy or sweet. We'll be back.
