My husband and I went into Bob Evans here in Middletown 11/29. We were seated. Two other tables were seated after us. Both other tables were waited on. After 15 minutes, no servers had approached us or taken a drink or food order. We ended up telling the hostess up front that we were leaving and why. It's a shame, because I like Bob Evans

First it took us asking a server to take our drink order after 15 minutes. The 2 servers that assisted had an attitude like we were interrupting their day but attentive to other guests. Took a while to get our Thanksgiving dinner and it was at best luke warm. Toni was always in a rush to drop off and leave. Didn’t check in on us. They had staff but not well utilized. We had to seek out and ask different servers/staff to assist us. Very disappointing.

Their turkey dinner is very good aside from the cranberry which is entirely too sweet.

Missing several items on my to-go order. $20 worth of items too expensive to not put what you paid for in it

My wife and daughter had the absolute worst experience here today. She’s too nice and won’t say anything. But I’m not. They waited 20 minutes to get sat when they were the only 2 waiting for a table. Only to be brought over to a disgusting table that was quickly wiped off. Another 20 minutes go by and their server finally went to say hello and took their order. Brought our toddler a drink with no straw and coffee without anything to add to it. Server then disappeared into the abyss.

My wife took our daughter to the bathroom and they came back to a dirty wash rag on the table. Server still no where to be found. After over an hour of unnecessary waiting and quite possible the worst dining experience ever they got their food. I would understand a wait if it was during the breakfast rush but it was 11 o clock.

But to stand at the host stand for 20 minutes waiting on a table and no one else came in is absolutely unacceptable. Look it’s bob Evan’s. I don’t expect a michelin star experience. But being sat at a clean table and not having a dirty wash rag at your table when you get up is Waffle House level service

Never had an issue with this place before but doubt we will be back now.

I’m a big fan of Bob Evans and have visited several of their locations. Yesterday, I went to the Bob Evans in Brook Park, Ohio, and I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean, the food was beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. I truly enjoyed both the meal and the warm hospitality. I highly recommend the Bob Evans in Brook Park, Ohio.

Delicious biscuits, very soft and flavorful. The omelet was amazing and full of ingredients. The hash browns were lacking, tasted like they were basted in butter. The guy that took us to our table and checked us out didn't seem like he really wanted to be there, he was rude. Otherwise, a great place to grab breakfast all day.

Compared to other locations, I like this location better. Food was better. Everyone was very friendly (including the regulars!). Our server was very nice too and kept on checking on us frequently! I might become a regular!

I've been to many Bob Evans. In fact I worked at one when I was 16. But this was by far my best experience! The food was great and hot and our server was excellent. Definitely made Mother's Day a lot brighter

We go here as a family for breakfast at least once a month or so and it’s really good. I love the French toast and sausage. The pancakes r pretty good as well. The only minor inconvenience is they charge for drink refills I’m a bit gutted about that but it definitely won’t stop us coming back. I really love the booths they r cozy and private. Now one thing about the booths is that if u want to get one when u go u need to go up to the host stand and puff ur chest and assert dominance. You have to let them know u want a booth and not a table. If u don’t assert dominance among the hosts they may seat u at a table and u will look inferior and weak to the other diners. When u sit at a table it screams I’m submissive and u can seat me wherever you want. If you sit at a booth and make sure to let the hostess know you r in charge then your dining experience will be 10/10 .
