Our first visit to Warwick Maryland was complimented by an after-dinner trip to Bruster's Real Ice Cream. The server who waited on us could not have been nicer or more helpful. I loved my caramel chocolate pretzel ice ice cream with chocolate fudge. The 3 others in our party we equally impressed! An easy 5 stars for Bruster's!!

Horrible experience, I had a reward and the email clearly said to tell my phone number to the Scooper. They didn't want to honor the reward. I've never had such bad experience.

I was disappointed that they didn't have any berry flavor ripple, so I went with the turtle (chocolate ice cream with whole fresh pecans and plenty of caramel. I was no longer disappointed. I went through the drive in, so I didn't answer atmosphere.

Ordered the raspberry swirl in a regular waffle cone and it was delightful. My wife ordered a black raspberry in a cake cone and loved it.

I've been going to Buster's for years!Now the portions are getting smaller and smaller, yet the prices are increasing.Definitely not equal portions of ice cream in the banana split. It was the worst banana split ever.

I have genuinely grown to hate this location. Not because of the ice cream (Brusters is going to be brusters where ever you go) but because of the lack of respect for the customer and what you get with regard to what you pay. This used to be "the place" where you got what you paid for. Just as the person below stated, going up in price and DOWN in portion is insanity! You get more cup that you do ice cream. Given the times we're in, if they dont change, I can't see longevity. 2-3 times a week will easily change to 1-2 times a month, if that...I travel up and down the Easy Coast and frequent Brusters. This is the worst, by far! $8 for a large that's in a bowl half way full is highway robbery. I am genuinely disappointed. And based on the response below, they'll just blame corporate instead of being the voice of the customer to reason with corporate.
Update: I received a response from the owner, but quite frankly, it was even more disappointing. They pointed to "corporate standards" on why portions are going down and prices are going up. The same corporate that couldn't care less about "the people". The same corporate that DOES NOT patronize it's establishment. OF COURSE their standards would be to squeeze the consumer! 2.5oz scoops are highway robbery and you know. Be careful of another and better business coming to Middletown.This is why I have such a hard time patronizing this establishment. I'll give 2 stars since they really are good...But they continued to increase prices, while simultaneously decreasing the amount of ice cream given from any given day. The lack of consistency is ANNOYING. Why am I paying premium price for a large, and it's not that much more than the regular??...What happened to respect for the people? Please train properly so that there is more beneficial consistency in portions. There has to be a balance between profit, while still respecting the hard earned money of your customers.
