My family and I have been loyal customers at this location since moving to DE in 2008. We've tried other locations in PA and DE to compare; this by far is the best location! First, this location has a drive-up window, which makes ordering and pickup super convenient and easy. I recommend using the app to order in advance or to acquire points; also, completing their survey about your experience helps to accumulate points that can be used towards any sized order. Second, it's open all year with varying hours based upon holidays and seasons. Third, they have many new flavors to try (even sugar free and vegan ice cream has varying flavors), which makes ordering very difficult!!! Lastly, the staff are very patient, knowledgeable, and quick to serve your order. Anytime we are asked about Bruster's, we always recommend this location :-)

Having a company party at Bruster’s, and we decided to call ahead to be polite and to give a heads up. Manager on phone replied with attitude “well, it’s not like I am going to call in more employees”. That’s okay…we just wanted to let you know, but thanks for the attitude 🙃

It's a really good place for ice cream, cake, smoothies etc. A nice place to chill and enjoy while eating plus a little play area for the little ones.

They charged $7 ASKED for a tip... then proceeded to give me my ice cream with barely any topping on it. When I asked for them to correct it, they told me they were gonna charge me to do it... how about you use the tip I gave you.... 🙄 wow... zero customer service ... won't be back

Love that they carry several flavors of oat milk dairy free ice cream. No one else does. So we come here a lot for my daughter who is dairy free.
