Manager was the one serving us in Middletown, NY. Extremely cold. Poor service to customers. I got the shredded pork bowl and there was barely any meat. Most of the bowl was lettuce, rice, and beans. I was there once they opened and their portions were much bigger. It's a shame how this restaurant turned out. Will not be going back.

I ordered from them off of UberEats, big mistake! I ordered their honey lime sriracha tacos, supposed to come with pineapple salsa, cilantro, lettuce on top. I had maybe 6 pieces of tiny pineapple IN TOTAL throughout all THREE tacos, no lettuce or cilantro. on the tacos. just some strands of lettuce on top of my chips, which i did not receive my salsa for either. I know they can’t do much to refund me since I ordered through Uber, however when I spoke to their “lead” she attempted blaming Uber for my missing items. I informed her I was pretty positive someone didn’t reach into my tacos and just take off only the pineapple, cilantro, and lettuce, seems sort of far fetched to me. I never write reviews, honestly, but as someone who is working a 48 hour shift and starving, it would’ve been nice to receive a coupon or something perhaps since 50% of my meal, or at least what would make the meal enjoyable, was missing. A shame!

This was my first time I did the online order and I was very happy with my food, they were very busy and a little behind and the staff had great attitudes and food was terrific, I found my new Friday night dinner. I had the steak and shrimp bowl and I was very happy, portions very big and the price was right

lobby could be cleaner but man the two guys in the kitchen tonight were def handling it. the meat chef was doing his thing and the other gentleman def worked in a kitchen before . he took his gloves off when exiting the food line to grab a drink and working in food service that's amazing . shout out to the shift that was there at around 340ish

I usually eat here 8 to 10 times a month. The burritos always hit! Boom boom sauce is a necessity every visit. The service, the people in the atmosphere is always great! Congrats on the 2 year anniversary !

THIS PLACE IS TRASH. As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available. The employees are children with no customer service skills. I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order. I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.

Move over chipotle!!! The food is second to none and the prices are reasonable. The thing I love the most is the quality of ingredients they use. It always tastes fresh every time. The establishment from the counter to the tables and the bathrooms are extremely well kept. The owner is also a local so it always feels great supporting someone from the community.

I recommend everyone give this place a shot

Burritos are large, I had the Nashville Hot chicken it was great, spicy but not too hot. Last time I was in I had a steak and shrimp combo that was awesome as well.
